I have seen Mararpatta back in 2011 when there was no connectivity from the Kharadi side, once the road is developed the price went up like crazy. I belive its a good investment opportunities if someone is looking for future return.
This project is so disconnected that It takes 45 -50 mins to cover 12-14km distance to reach Yerwada IT park. During Rainy season situation is even worst.
Congestion point for traffic you will find everywhere, I am living in wakad for more than 12 years, once you will come here in wakad, you will get to know the actual meaning of pain 😊
Reaching here is a huge problem .. roads to reach here are non existent.. execution of this project is very slow due to slow bookings.. will take a generation for the full township to get ready .. better to avoid
I wonder if pace of bookings will increase once the spine road and inner ring road is built? It will increase connectivity and this could become a strategic location which is in the middle of the eastern and western IT park regions of Pune.
@@akshaya7031 exactly.. waiting for all these developments will take a decade out of our lives .. and being close to defence area , there will be too many restrictions here. I am guessing this area would be same as talawade where the IT park expansion is stuck for many years

Don't take flat in this society really too much issues. Maintainance cost too high. Water issue. Please be aware.
