It’s likely that quality coaches and candidates do not want to work for Chris Grier and or Steve Ross. How else can you explain decades of on the job training in Miami 🤷
And Omar Kelly said that Fangio’s coaching style is antiquated and doesn’t work with the “new type of athlete”. That’s why I don’t listen to him. He defends every move the Dolphins make.
Why would any credible coach join a staff of dead men walking? The entire front office and coaching staff are on one year deals with unrealistic expectations. In other words, all of them are getting fired after the 2025 season outside of a miracle. Also, do you think Fangio isn’t warning other coaches to stay away from this dumpster fire of an organization?
This team is Shit and on a deep decline. They are scraping the bottom of the barrel with these coaches. No half decent coach will come here because they know it is one and done here.
Im not a fan of his direction, but fyi, McDaniel was the Offensive Coordinator for 2021 in SF. He wasn’t calling plays though because Kyle Shanahan has always called plays there. Again, not defending, just trying to be accurate.
So we hire this bum and unfortunately Bevel is gonna be the next one gone. I hope they only give all these new guys one year contracts because we’re gonna suck so bad next year and all those guys are gonna be wiped off. Cheers to losing

Westoff and Rizzi were 2 of my favorite special teams coaches for Miami. Crossman was kept around way too long
