From Mrs Ford, Lowestoft. Thank you so much for the video my husband would have loved the thought that his name was on the life boat he loved anything to do with sea.
Thankyou soo much for this lovely video .My husband John would have loved that his name was on this Lifeboat number 6 on the Wheelhouse Roof .He would have been soo very proud of this and to know that he would be part of many rescues with this Lifeboat .He always supported the RNLI and always admired the crews for their bravery .
This is such a brilliant video and made me emotional knowing my Mum's name is on the side of the boat and goes with the brave volunteers everytime they go out on a rescue.

Beautiful video. My lovely husband Graham would be proud to know his name is on this boat in a part if the world he loved. Cannot wait to get up to see it with my sons as soon as possible. Thank you and good luck to the crew, staff and volunteers .
Made me very emotional too beautiful film. Our Grandads name is on there too. Former member of Gorleston lifeboat and a pilot. He would have loved to see that boat arrive x
Thank you for sharing, very emotional watching the lifeboat, knowing dad's name is among many people's loved ones is a comfort, and so thankful for the RNLI and the crew and all that they do to save lives ❤
A fantastic film, Chris, showing the Shannon class "Duke of Edinburgh" lifeboat superbly, as well as the amazing SLARS. You've done them proud with your portrayal, as always.❤
I went to Wells Next Sea to see the new Shannon' Duke of Edinburgh' on Sunday 29th January 2023. For me knowing that my son's name Martin Acaster would be on the lifeboat filled me with emotions. I felt so proud of this and the brilliant crew that has and will save many more lives at sea in this new Shannon. Martin's name is on the left side of number 6 on the Wheelhouse. Martin was a Sea Cadet and Marine Cadet as Drum Major in Margate Kent. I know that he would feel so proud to have his name on the new Shannon. God bless this boat and all the Crew in saving lives at sea. Martin's Dad passed away 4th October 22 not being able to see his son's name on the new Shannon. Martin your Dad's name Ken Acaster with mine name Pamela Acaster will be on the new Whitby Shannon and maybe we will meet again saving lives at sea. God Bless .xx
So moving to see this lovely video - Dad would be proud to know he's getting soaked alongside the crew at every launch!
Rest in peace mum, God bless all those on board
Thank You
