I like how you ignored commenting on your bounced FV4005 shot. I enjoyed the tank, maybe I should take it out on a date more often and look how things will go.
Its definitely not the best light tank for a purely scouting role, but it is one of the best combative light tank. Its the same reason why I like the Sheridan, its a good all-rounder that can easily switch between scouting and medium gameplay. If theres nothing to scout, then you can play as a suedo medium tank and help your mediums. And the best way to counter Manticores is to play it safe, take a good guess on where they will go, and attempt to spot them crossing. If you can stop them from taking their initial/typical positions you pretty much win. If not then you can just wait for them to make a mistake.
Also something that's heavily overlooked is that this tank can ram other lights, it weighs 30k so it can just obliterate other lights.
that is my favorite light tank, its a great ramming tank too! I have a camo setup and a ramming setup for city maps.
The funny thing is 100 LT gets more gun depression at 1/2 the height of the WZ

i play only light tanks. i think it is definitely the worst X light tank, but i do not think that makes it unplayable. you can get 40% camo on any tier X scout and at that point they can all play the scout role well enough. the gun is decent and the turret armor is trolling a lot of the enemies. my WZ-132-1 has 71% wins after 79 battles. is it partly luck? yes. but you wouldn’t achieve that result in a complete shitter.
I agree with everything you said, the turret is quite trollish and useful. I play it like a mobile paper medium and it works well enough.
I'm sure you're an over average player, that may be a reason too.
I see this tank as a medium, but the problem is when you're the only lightank in open map and you have to outplay an enemy manticore or ebr for your team.... good luck with it, if you know what I mean

@@bassegoder yes, you have your work cut out for you if you are matched against a manticore. luckily you’ll never be put against an ebr without a ebr also on your team.
my win rate is above average but nothing spectacular. i think just scratching 51.
@@Strongest_under_heaven i’m not sure i have a favourite, i really love playing most of them honestly. they each have something about them that makes them unique. I do not like the T100 and ebr as much as the rest because they have the lowest standard penetration, but if you play with a lot of gold rounds they are better than the rest. in my opinion the strongest light tanks would be the manticore (for spotting ) and the T-100 and ebr (for spotting and dealing damage) but i find the Rhm Pzw, Sheridan, and AMX 13 105 a lot more fun to play honestly (as long as you know how to make them work). they can deal damage a lot better than the others can, because the T100 has low alpha damage and the ebr has a long reload. and like i said, the WZ is definitely the weakest but it can definitely still work!!
Chinese LT line identity was all about relatively small all rounder light who can do everything except having good gun depression.
Rather than 'fixing' gun depression, I would like for it to have better gun (since better camo is difficult to ask). To differentiate it with Sheridan line (which is big and has no armor but has very good gun stabilization, gundep, and VR) I would like for Chinese to have better accuracy, penetration, and turret stabilization instead.
So basically you need to stand still and shot, but you should hit and pen most if not all of your shots. Camo (or some armor for tier x) should allow them to calmly aim to some degree, and unlike Manticore line (which has much better camo) they still retain respectable DPM.
Sure that way they would be outclassed as pure scout (we can't have every lights to be as good as every other lights), but at least let WZ to be definitely better at combat. That way they would still be pretty good at something (and instead of just despairing when you are matched against Manticore at open map, at least you can say you have definite advantage when you have city maps -- and evenly matched at mixed)
Every tank is capable of being good it just depends on who's playing it. For example, the AMX 30 B is one of my best performing tanks with a 54% wr even though it's "not meta".
I use my WZ-132-1 as my main Tier X light. Commanders vision system, coated optics and turbo good for spotting and hiding

I love this tank! only thing i wish it had is slightly more alpha (it use to hit harder than the others besides derp americans) and possibly a tiny hull buff on the sides just to make it not so easy to just overmatch there
I think that alpha could be bigger because of the reload time but light tanks are just paper tanks, there is no way around it

Maybe I'm crazy, but I like to play the WZ. I personally like it more than most of the other LTs, but I definitely don't think it's better than most, if that makes sense. Maybe I have lower expectations when playing it. Also I'm not a super competitive player, so maybe it's fine for the less competitive?
sometimes you cannot change one thing or the other but there is nothing we can do about that and we are enjoying ourselves to the maximum
i liked wz 132 tier 8 so much back in days but it felt so weak after tier 10 came and i sold it after 1600 games

I don't have either of them unlocked and bought but knowing how terrible they are I don't want to spend my hard earned credits on any of them.
However, I have the current goal of unlocking and buying every tier X tank in the game...
And the discount of 30% is the biggest one you can get on tier X tanks.

It's good when it's the only light tank left. It doesn't stand a chance against a manticore, t100 or Amx. Meanwhile Sheridan and panzerwagen are better damage dealers. The tank just doesn't have a role.
One positive thing about it is that it looks really cool but that's about it.

This is the best tank in the game - how could it not be so, when the gun is made in China :P
The gun was working so much better for you in that second game because your team had the benefit of getting the RNG modifier that game. I'm convinced there is an RNG modifier that is applied to one team or the other that will both improve the RNG for one team while worsen the RNG for the other team. This is done to speed the games up. Some games are obviously rigged.
Have you not had those games where you can't pen anything and the other team hits every shot... or visa-versa?
uhm that's just the way RNG is. Sometimes it is equal across teams, sometimes one team is more lucky than the other. It is literally what RNG means.
uhm, no that's not how statistics work. Yes, RNG can go either way on a single shot basis, but if one team gets favorable RNG for the WHOLE game because they get a favorable RNG modifier it's not RNG anymore. One team literally has a statistical advantage for the WHOLE game.

@@giannidisumma2948 Yes, there is a statistical possibility that one team can roll high the entire game while the other team rolls low the entire game, just like there is a statistical possibility that if you flip a fair coin 10,000 times that it comes up heads 10,000 times in a row. Neither case is very probable though.

This is not worst light tank in tier ten, is decent plow on the other lights and can support snipe. But do agree its camo and optics are worse then everything but the trash ! Sheridan :( We all know that besides the Ferrari the top light is either AMX-105, T-100LT and that Manticore, Rheinmetall battle for 4/5. Lights are my fav class and have almost 30K games just in lights and except for the top 3 lights the other four lines arnt worth grinding unless you really like lights. Its sad that T-64 is such epic light but its tier ten is so bad even with an 5/6 skill crew.

after 11 years, they stop having the On Track Missions. grinding tanks like this is a waste. BUT, you can spend 2500 gold for 5, 5x boosts. REALLY? Screw Wargaming . Not to mention that they stopped giving out anniversary gifts too. What is left? are they actively trying to make people leave? They are trying to change everything about the game. To someone that has every tank in the game, why worry, you are all covered, since the only changes only benefit players with lots of money. Not to mention they constant game crashing, only 1 out of 6 shots actually hit in the aiming circle, having to move around the invisible forcefield around targets
Gun is bad when u usingpremium ammo. regular are ok.
This light tank sure is a stinker...holy hell. This is the best treasure for terrible mondays. Even the Flipwagon looks better than this turd and that's no small feat. Only good thing is the standard penetration but the gun handling is so trash you miss every shot not fully aimed.

I play this tank like a medium sniper, spoting it's not that good. And it's so sad wg remove the autoloader from 59.16😢 I did enjoy that tank
then play a medium tank and don't waste a lt spot in your team. You're not spotting, and neither you're doing as much damage as you should as medium so you're basically griefing your team.

Skill said sheeidan has epic gun so he prefers it over wz. WZ and Sheridan both are hard to play
@@shifcps1754 Sheridan would not have survived that maneuver in Abbey in the third game. I don't see how sniping ability in a light tank makes up for this aggressive recon role.
