How you can able to cut the vegetables and everything. Based on your review i have ordered this on Amazon and when I try to cut onion by making into two pieces and it's not even cutting. I tried other vegetables too but it's of no use. Blades and product is soo delicate it's not cutting. Don't make people fool by giving paid reviews. Worst experience.

Hi Thanks for writing back. Though I've never tried washing it in dishwasher as l never felt the need to do so (it's easily cleaned under running tap water). The product is dishwasher friendly and can be washed in dishwasher. Be sure to use it on eco(mild) mode as too high temperature is not recommended. Hope it helps.

We are using this product without any issues....you might have received a defective product
