@@crownedvendettabro how is the Mysterio mission hard it’s one of the easiest missions and invert the controls it will make the game way easier it feels like modern day controls I think back in the day the controls were set differently on every game.😂 You must be on a pc or something, After playing Spider-Man 2 on my ps5 I can confirm that Spider-Man 2 for ps2 was ahead of its time you could do swing animations and combo moves that the ps5 version doesn’t have. I wish insomniac copied and pasted the ps2 move sets into the ps5 version. SMH 🤦🏽♂️.
You just can’t beat low poly graphics and goofy ragdoll physics and cheesy dialogue. I’ll happily take that over modern day AAA hyper realistic games any day

I love this game the most in the open world, but fuCK beating this games missions. We ended up loving I think Ultimate the most. I think it used this engine but it was nice to play venom and other things

I mean tak was never as serious as ATLA. But it still had the epic adventure feeling with a breathtaking world to explore with some decent world building that could have easily been used to set up a lighthearted yet epic adventure series with a continuous storyline between episodes. Instead they made a stupid generic episodic nothingburger. There was so much potential. Literally all they had to do was make another story like tak 2 and make it a tv show. Or maybe even just a movie special or something.

yeahhhhhh, you don't have to get the hero points first thankfully and to make it less of a hassle the main objective for each chapter gives you a lot of hero points so that getting to the next chapter doesn't take as long.
Something tells me not once did you press L1 or L2 which activates the spider-sense/slow motion ability, it makes fights a lot easier and a big red circle passes by on screen indicating the perfect time to dodge away from attacks.
This game has so much charm that the newer games can't beat. Theres a reason why im willing to return to this game rather than the shiny new insomniac titles.

In the comic book adaptation of Spider-Man 2 they actually address this in a really clever and cool way. Doc Oak constantly gets knocked out in his fights with Spider-Man, but since his A.I. arms are linked directly to his brain, they wake him up whenever he is knocked out, making him almost unstoppable.
I tried playing this on gamecube after spiderman 2 ps5 came out whilst waiting for ng+ and uh ya we are all misremembering this game. Its actually horrible to play. The webswinging is cool, thats about it. The controls are ass, game runs like ass even for the time. Missions are either lame or just abysmal. Whats crazy is, i wasnt even that young when this game came out and i still remember it incorrectly. This game is extremely rough.

This game also had a lot of content that u didnt even go into challenges, arena mode, exploration, hideouts, unlockable combat, etc. . Considering this was an open world movie based game from the early 2000s, this game had a lot of content and gameplay improvements from previous Spiderman games. I also used the word Rizz ironically for that bit, no part of the tiktok brainrot is part of my actual vocabulary, I’m making fun of it because spiderman was not being smooth he was being weird in that scene. I’m old enough but still GenZ, and grew up with tons of 90’s media. I also quite literally make a joke about me being bad at this game around 17:00 which is why the finale was so hard for me. Totally understandable, unfortunately for me I’m a really small creator and my first impression to a vast majority is in my intros, so I make sure I have the best sound design, audio, and editing I possibly can, to give people a reason to watch. I’m not a fan of fast paced content either but it’s a dual edged sword being as small as I am :/

Cmon dude, this game isn't even bad or "broken". It's a game from the early 2000s that was pushing the boundaries and did something new. This game also had a lot of content that u didnt even go into challenges, arena mode, exploration, hideouts, unlockable combat, etc. . Considering this was an open world movie based game from the early 2000s, this game had a lot of content and gameplay improvements from previous Spiderman games.
Judging by your use of "rizz", u definitely aren't old.enough to appreciate good gaming or what this game did.

😂😂 Doc Ock throwing me through the floor and bypassing the fight entirely is what I would consider broken, I literally give this game praise in the video, it’s the blueprint for what came after and was MILES ahead of it’s predecessor Spider-Man 1 that came out 2 years prior. For 2004 this game was incredible for the time but it shows it’s age. I also used the word Rizz ironically for that bit, no part of the tiktok brainrot is part of my actual vocabulary, I’m making fun of it because spiderman was not being smooth he was being weird in that scene. I’m old enough but still GenZ, and grew up with tons of 90’s media. I also quite literally make a joke about me being bad at this game around 17:00 which is why the finale was so hard for me. And lastly I wouldn’t consider this tasteless or dishonest by any means, way bigger creators post way more misleading titles and thumbnails, sometimes not even pertaining o the video itself. I literally follow this up with the word masterpiece, again, giving it praise. Damned if you do damned if you don’t, hope this clears everything up for ya

Also Doc Ock threw u around because u forgot to web his arms; going to attack him head on with zero strategy wasn't the wisest move. And while I appreciate this reply, I do think the thumbnail is clockbait-ish and saying getting hero points is repetitive is greatly overrxggerating it, as the open world is fun to explore and there's tons of activities.
