@JohnAutism2007 Ain't happening. They're cutting their losses already. The No Man's Sky scenario is a rariry, most studios will rather give up and cut on their losses, especially bigger ones.
@nicoalvarezp2well if it matters, the valve obsessed data miners have an insane amount of proof of a new Halflife in development based on how source 2 is built off the same code basw
If I load up a game that is advertised as fully released, and the first thing I see in the main menu is a section that says "coming soon," I'm uninstalling it and getting a refund. If you lie to me right off the bat then I have no interest
another thing that really hurt highguard's potential was that when people heard it was from the creators of titanfall, people were expecting to see some form of revival or at least a spiritual successor to titanfall only to be met with a game that couldn't be farther from it.
“Hey, hey guys! Look! It has sliding! It must be just like Titanfall!” This is why I’m going to start asking if it was made by the Devs who made Titanfall of the Devs who made Apex.
Yeah, they were relying on their past experience with said games and then promoting highguard on titanfall and apex legend's success. So of course people shat on highguard once they saw the trailer, because they forced people to make the comparisons. highguard would not have so much backlash if they hadn't taken this path.
They listed their credentials, which included senior positions within the Titanfall dev team. Every worker and creative should be able to do so. They did they sane thing with Apex, and people again reacted somehow worse.
And yet the mule was one of our most useful animals 😅 idk if that analogy works at all man, but I get what you mean. Nice try lil guy, next time think about the shit you regurgitate from whatever RUclipsr you heard that from
@Arkx919idk man maybe use a better analogy, how about idk, they fused a lion and a tiger making a liger not realizing it was entirely useless.. at least make it make sense you fuckin jabroni
I always found it hilarious when people use "this is really fun if you do it with your friends" argument for shitty products or services. So is watching paint dry. Everything is better with good friends. That is not a redeeming quality of the product
@vonborgah If they took all the black people and women out of Highguard or took the pronouns out of Concord, would they suddenly be good games? Like, all the problems with boring characters and overdone gameplay and genre fatigue just go away?
"What did we learn?" That Geoff Keighley needs to be told "No" more often, or that depite his line of work his tastes in games are questionable at best?
Honestly, he handled it poorly. I don't mean by picking to highlight the game at the awards. That he liked a game and wanted to promote, cool. Maybe it shouldn't have been the final trailer, but whatever. The bigger thing is how he reacted afterward. He didn't do what he should have done, which is post after the trailer was received poorly that he picked the game because he thought it was fun, a bit of a mea culpa. That would have instantly taken a lot of heat off the game.
@Axterix13 He reacted exactly like a deeply enfranchised, immature Gamer when "their" game receives criticism. It just hits differently because his name carries a lot of weight.
You know what? The art style reminds me of this Lego animated series called Nexo Knights. Literally high concept fantasy but with futuristic tech. And both equally confusing and baffling in their designs.
I love how “Concord” has become a new term in gaming for describing hero shooters that are so painfully average and unoriginal that everyone can see its unoriginality from a mile away.
@Mister_Kitleryezh but you're in the hate era of video games where almost anything that isnt the latest installement of a franchise isnt worth playing according to audiences
I find it fitting for ALL live service games that nobody asked for, see: the Horizon ones, Marathon, the Fairgame (ex $ one), the cancelled Spiderman and God of War ones, all Concord-likes.
17:34 that is prob in large part because of modern Audience types who think K/D and performance stats are "bad" because they can make people "feel excluded". Which is the WORST kind of mindset for gaming (unless it's made for 3 year olds, and even then, wtf).
Idk how a k/d can make u feel excluded, that genuinely confuses the shit out of me. It’s like if u didn’t want to know what the score was in a sports match bcuz it ruins the anticipation of when the game ends
as someone who really likes the core gameplay, it is baffling that it launched in the state it was in. Each patch has improved it but it was to late. Like just today they fixed part of your complaint about the scoreboard issue. The final screen now shows kills, assists, damage dealt, and more. They also added stats and the ability to ping things. Why did it not launch with that though?
The even funnier thing is that Apex launched with that and they're the ones that kind of improved the pinging system. It's weird that they claimed to be Ex-devs
From the comments made by the devs, they thought and said they already made "lightning in a bottle" and that this attitude was ubiquitous among the team. They were insulated from consumer feedback.
@sb18wlc Over the years I've noticed how often those claims are greatly exaggerated. Usually those ex devs had very little to do with the things that made those games successful or at the very least their role was very narrow and now they're suddenly leading entire team and like 90% of their new job is something they've never done before. Like for example if you program environment assets that has very little to do with creating engaging narrative or balancing PvP or desinging core gameplay loops.
I promise you guys I’ll fix the broken record, I don’t want to drill this joke down into the ground any more (For context, this is my 3rd comment making this joke. It’s also my 3rd top comment involving Highguard… I need to get a life)
@quatreraberbawinner2628 I’m a commenter, I don’t have any original jokes Seriously though, I just found it quite funny. Usually I don’t repeat my comments, but this was an exception
It's not Concord 2! It's averaging out to THREE TIMES as many daily players as Concord ever did! All those paid-for media shills were right and this game is secretly amazing! Go forth! Buy skins! Consume product!
@Matanumi wouldn't surprise me tbh. I was never a fan of GTA online. buy sharkcards for the newest fastest car so it can be made irrelevant in a couple months by a newer, faster car and you can buy more sharkcards! after 13 years, the game has become so oversaturated that I could never see myself getting into it.
I didn't even bother launching it once I found out you have to mess with your BIOS settings in order to run it. Like, that is way too much effort for me to play a mediocre game.
I used to defend the developers (the actual workers who developed the game's code), but the more I learn about the game, the more I realize I have to reevaluate my opinion.
@Wampa842 I used to hear "It's leadership and management's fault" so many times I questioned if it was the developers who were wrong way before it was popular.
The whole gameplay concept is baffling to me. Bedwars with guns would be nothing new but it would be fun at least yet they decided to add every unique feature of other succesful shooters that is widely disliked. The helplessness and boring farming of every moba, the reinforcements of R6 that everyone skips cause it's boring and the mediocre abilities of valorant where you better of just shooting cause abilities are only useful at a high skill level, all on a size of a battlefield map with 58 players less. What where they even thinking gonna happen?
Worse, a mishmash of three different game modes and without any reason for there to be three different game modes. Why do we have the most boring part of a PubG match followed by a CTF match followed by a S&D match? Just. Make. A. New. Genre. It can't be that difficult to even generate a basic premise that isn't 2 FPS game modes and a battle royale stitched together, there's nothing new here whatsoever.
@r0cket_m00se they probably asked chatgpt to create a new genre of shooter and it spouted out 3 different game ideas into one because that's what ai does. unfortunately devs don't think.
@r0cket_m00se It's not easy to make a new sub-genre and have it turn out well. Plus I'd say that what they say, that plenty of shooters/hero-shooters do fine. Arc Raiders basically has one mode, extraction. Marvel Rivals isn't exactly known for its modes either. Heck, Marathon might do okay now, though that remains to be seen. But where HighGuard messed up is the whole "turn out well" thing. And that's the other thing about live service stuff... some hit it really big, but many crash and burn on take off. And HighGuard really set themselves up more for the latter than the former. 1) They don't create a good theme/style for the world, or even a bad one (like Marathon is fugly, but it has its own aesthetic, so at least the game stands out). Instead, HighGuard feels generic, and not single theme generic, but grabbing generic stuff from all over. Like we have this supposed magic world, but the characters looks like standard hero shooter quasi-sci-fi armor, while the weapons are modern day... 2) They launched with server and performance issues. So people willing to give it a shot after hearing about it due to the poorly received trailer were that much more likely to drop it instantly. 3) They were planning to shadow drop, made a trailer because Geoff convinced them to, and this all went poorly. Bad trailer that failed to get across what they wanted, no other marketing despite no longer being a shadow drop, and whole shadow drop strategy only works if your game makes a great first impression, otherwise, well, you can't react to feedback pre-launch. 4) Launched with 3v3, while having a huge map... 5) Only the one game mode, pretty much. 6) Mining rocks, which is pretty passive, instead of say having that phase be shooting some mobs, something more FPS. Short of it, the art direction, marketing, the code side, and design all failed to knock it out of the park, and the entire strategy set them up with no way to course adjust pre-launch.
@r0cket_m00seI agree with you about the game being disjointed, but about "making a new genre"... dude, don't be fucking ignorant, being innovative or groundbreaking is quite fucking hard, it isn't that easy to come up with something completely new that makes an impact on the entire gaming industry.
@alfredoamendez4299 It's also a lot easier than you're willing to admit. Face it, the lack of new game modes is mostly because we have prioritized live service models and graphics. That's what sells. We live in a world where Red Faction Guerilla made the best destruction physics ever seen in 2009 and the closest since is The Finals. Innovation is obviously possible and I could come up with a new genre because I've thought about it for more than a few minutes.
But for some reason they keep making games with that "feature". Just ruins games for me when they do that. Must say it works on some paper someone wrote back in 2020
I feel like getting overly salty one way or the other is equally absurd. If you need numbers to feel good about your play, you're just a big a pussy as people who are scared of the numbers.
Pussification of gaming isn't real. They probably just forgot it was necessary or they had to work with an entirely new engine like BF2042 and they've just been too lazy building a scoreboard in said engine
I hope that eventually these practices will lose them enough money that we'll go back to smaller-scale games made in reasonable timeframes that have unlockables that you earn by playing the game and not swiping your credit card. It's a very slim hope but one can dream.
@Darkkfated We have that in the indie scene, but basically no one wants to give them a chance if they don't have name recognition. Most people will stop playing games completely before the indie scene ever has a chance to flourish over triple A like it should, mark my words.
11:33 idk to me both the shadowdrop of an uncomplete game and them just dropping all videos they worked on are signs that they wanted to get that thing out to have it done but they knew it was a fail before launch
act man can you make a video about deadlock because it is a new VALVE IP its a Mona movement third person hero shooter it is one of the best "moba" in the gaming industry and I think you would like the so I am asking for you to make a video about deadlock
Jokes aside. What Actman said is actually the truth. They have no scoreboard because they do not want to hurt the wokies who complain if they have to see they are bad at the game.
@terribleivan1475the 40k marvel rivals tournament where Kingsman(top player of the magik character) who was playing to win to get the prize money for his College tuitions and he was in a team with a buch of arrogant girls who where playing just for time vibe 😭✌🏼they had one girl zazzastack who was playing 0 5 0 didnt swap to and all the other girls were like kingsman this kingsman that. It was a massive drama in the Marvel rivals community. In the end Kingsman gained support and now he is in the stop which he deserved. Highly recommend the "kingsman drama" video by Mujin. you will understand everything
@whysoserious4274 i mean it doesn`t seem like they talking about if it dosen`t comes out and its cancelled it won`t be concord what will it be if it a heavily promoted game that suddenly they stop promoting and silently cancel
Shadowdropping only works when it’s a pre-existing franchise that’s already popular. New franchises need to time to market and develop a reputation before release.
apex legends was also shadow dropped, they thought that would translate to success here but i think the market is too oversaturated atm for yet another live service pvp hero shooter lol, apex was also genuinely a very well crafted and innovative game for a genre that had yet to be realized to it's full potential
Have you noticed how in the past you could tell a developer made a game because of minor things and now you can tell because everything is the same, from the graphics to the UI and text. I genuinely thought I was looking at apex legends because everything is the same. It looks like a game mode.
16:56 you know, there is an interesting idea there. What if there was an information specialist hero or class that gave you, not your team, just you, access to that kind of information? Like only information specialists have access to a mini map with vision based on planted cameras or magical floating eyeballs. Who knows, could be interesting.
that sound more like scout or scanner or similar, and if your team can like remember to time correctly then it reduce the need for that specific class so much it beg the question again why do we need to make it more complicated
It's a toss up between Marathon (which *will* flop, but maybe not as hard as Concord and Highguard did) and that new Hunters Gathering slop from Sony, which will 100% be DOA in weeks like this game but will come out much later than Marathon will.
@whysoserious4274enjoy having that opinion from your parents basement while Geoff has done more for the world of gaming in the last 10 years than you ever could in 200 years. Everybody makes mistakes, this wasnt his best moment but he's not a fucking poser
@andrewneedham3281He’s been that way for a while. I wouldn’t say he’s a poser but he’s also not a “real gamer”. He’s a casual gamer and honestly that’s fine.
Highguard is like a lake resort built next to a puddle. They built a whole village around selling microtransactions, but somehow they forgot to fill up the rest of the lake.
Looking forward to the inevitable release of Highcord 3: Re-Guarded
Also I finished this video like the day they announced mass layoffs at the developers Wildlight Entertainment... What tragic timing
HighGuard is...... No jokes for this but it's still Concord, it's very disappointing and there's Horizon Hunters with same issue as Concord
>Highcord 3: Re-Guarded
thats just marathon
Nah man, it's Highcord 4: Horizon Re-Guarded
Not before gears get transformed into She/ E-day or some shiii
Concord nation is becoming a thing now
Geoff has to lower his guard now.
I dunno man. after this and with how much people are talking about him it is likely he is probably going to have to make his own high guard.
lower... his... guard...?
OOOOOOHHHHH I GETTTT ITTTT! (Obnoxious laughter)
@KuroYuri69or else he won't block the overhead
I can’t help feel that it’s going to lower his credibility
@samuelfawell9159 ya reckon?!

Southern hemispherers
Pretend it says January
Ehh I’m still kind of hoping they turn this game around. I agree with the act man that it has a good base but desperately needs something on that base
The Wintersun was enough!
@JohnAutism2007how can you Hope they turn It around when most of the staff got fired ?!
@JohnAutism2007 Ain't happening. They're cutting their losses already. The No Man's Sky scenario is a rariry, most studios will rather give up and cut on their losses, especially bigger ones.
Highguard just announced that it is shutting down March 12th.
High Guard Coins?!?! I prefer to call them "Keighley Coins".
That’s what videogamedunkey called them lol.
Can I ditch this timeline and move to the timeline where they made titanfall 3?
I want to move to the one they make Half Life 2 Ep. 3 😢
Tbh id happily wait longer for titanfall 3 because of the finale for the star wars jedi trilogy
@nicoalvarezp2well if it matters, the valve obsessed data miners have an insane amount of proof of a new Halflife in development based on how source 2 is built off the same code basw
I'm living in the timeline where BloodBourne two was made and released...its beautiful.
Please take me with you
Highguard, from the guys who brought coffee to those who made Titanfall 2
Underrated
Ngl I thought the same, but after checking both game credits, there was a bunch of senior and lead roles in Titanfall 2 that also worked on Highguard.
Just like ‘from the creators of Left 4 Dead’ brings you Back 4 Blood ahh energy
Ohhhh so they're Kathleen Kennedys.
That, buhhh... That kinda makes it all make sense.
waiting for crowbcat review
It's all going concording to plan and it's even funnier the second time.
you can say it lived higher than the cord
How many times do we have to teach you this lesson, old man!?
"Concordians, assemble"- Sony 2025
Jeff wanted us to write him an apology letter after it came out. Instead he got a "I told you so" letters Instead.
Actman loved this shit in 2020 he is part of the problem
If I load up a game that is advertised as fully released, and the first thing I see in the main menu is a section that says "coming soon," I'm uninstalling it and getting a refund. If you lie to me right off the bat then I have no interest
The tweet replying to Geoff with the clip from Transformers One telling him to “Take the Highgaurd, and leave” was gold.

They listed their credentials, which included senior positions within the Titanfall dev team. Every worker and creative should be able to do so. They did they sane thing with Apex, and people again reacted somehow worse.
I do agree, but I feel like a lot of it is how bland and basic the art style is there has been like 10 to 15 games that have this exact same art style
They bred a donkey and a horse, getting a mule. They sold the mule as the progenitor of a new species, but failed to notice that it's sterile.
And yet the mule was one of our most useful animals 😅 idk if that analogy works at all man, but I get what you mean. Nice try lil guy, next time think about the shit you regurgitate from whatever RUclipsr you heard that from
@GravitonAllNightLongWell, the mule in question is about to be taken to a shed and euthanised...so, how useful was it exactly?
@GravitonAllNightLong I got 2nd hand embarrassment reading this

Exactly, it's the same with Fortnite. I like playing with friends rather than playing solos were everyone is a rat.

@navadax4541 No, but its also part of it why it sucks.
It's like when Ads are optimized and in pristine quality even when you can barely push 360p for the video you actually want to watch 😂
We need to coin the phrase: "Concord-like games". Just like we have Souls-like games.
Cord-like games
Please no, the Souls-like Tag on Steam has become a plague that's applied to anything with a health bar or boss fight. 🤦♂
@jamesknight3070So, Terraria can be categorized as Souls-like?
@alvianekka80 Calamity for sure can
That’s just bad games

I love how “Concord” has become a new term in gaming for describing hero shooters that are so painfully average and unoriginal that everyone can see its unoriginality from a mile away.
Everyone but unbelievably out-of-touch studio heads and corporate execs.
The term already doesn't make sense since people are using it for games that clearly are nothing like concord, it's nothing but a meme.
@Mister_Kitleryezh but you're in the hate era of video games where almost anything that isnt the latest installement of a franchise isnt worth playing according to audiences
@flow185 We're actually in the unending era of people refusing to hate on something that deserves it so they can seem different from the group.

@bampabrudii3316 and its fun
It’s over Actmankin! I have the highguard!
I didn't know Act Man hated sand so much.
0:25 So an average Activision or Ubisoft game.
Pretty much
No. Worse than an Ubisoft game. Highguard is on par with an Acitivision game.
Ubisoft makes fun to mediocre games, Activision makes atrocity games for their own amusement

Innovation is obviously possible and I could come up with a new genre because I've thought about it for more than a few minutes.
hiding the scoreboard so players dont feel bad for being bad at a game is just peak pussification of gaming
Yeah, I just don’t get it. If you can’t feel the sting of a bad score, you won’t relish the buzz of a good score.
But for some reason they keep making games with that "feature". Just ruins games for me when they do that. Must say it works on some paper someone wrote back in 2020
Remind me of that one Battlefield game where it didn't even have a proper scoreboard
Hi Act Man. Have you ever tried The Finals or atleast recently.
From the guys that brought coffee to the guys that made titanfall and apex legends
NO BATTLEROYALES, NO HERO SHOOTERS, NO EXTRACTION SHOOTERS, NO BATTLEPASSES.
I hope that eventually these practices will lose them enough money that we'll go back to smaller-scale games made in reasonable timeframes that have unlockables that you earn by playing the game and not swiping your credit card. It's a very slim hope but one can dream.
@Darkkfatedit unfortunately never will. Consistent revenue is what all the companies prioritize over everything else
@Darkkfated We have that in the indie scene, but basically no one wants to give them a chance if they don't have name recognition. Most people will stop playing games completely before the indie scene ever has a chance to flourish over triple A like it should, mark my words.
The no battlepasses was the only good thing
Dont care deadlock is fun
11:33 idk to me both the shadowdrop of an uncomplete game and them just dropping all videos they worked on are signs that they wanted to get that thing out to have it done but they knew it was a fail before launch
Actman, I want you to know that you have the highest honor of being one of my go-to channels to watch when I'm eating
Time to consume some Actman videos again
act man can you make a video about deadlock because it is a new VALVE IP its a Mona movement third person hero shooter it is one of the best "moba" in the gaming industry and I think you would like the so I am asking for you to make a video about deadlock
There is no Scoreboard because they dont want another Kingsman situation.
Jokes aside. What Actman said is actually the truth. They have no scoreboard because they do not want to hurt the wokies who complain if they have to see they are bad at the game.
Kingsman situation?
@terribleivan1475the 40k marvel rivals tournament where Kingsman(top player of the magik character) who was playing to win to get the prize money for his College tuitions and he was in a team with a buch of arrogant girls who where playing just for time vibe 😭✌🏼they had one girl zazzastack who was playing 0 5 0 didnt swap to and all the other girls were like kingsman this kingsman that. It was a massive drama in the Marvel rivals community. In the end Kingsman gained support and now he is in the stop which he deserved. Highly recommend the "kingsman drama" video by Mujin. you will understand everything
my dude 99.9% of people that play games have no idea what that even is.
i was just saying it as a joke man doesn't matter if the 99.9% dont understand it those will understand may laugh off this one 😊
From the people who cleaned the toilets at the studio where Titanfall and Apex Legends were made.
😂😂😂😂
Idk. Those toilet cleaners have seen some real shit. They'll do better than the modern day devs.
Cant wait for concord 3 (Marathon)
And concord 4 that horizon hero shooter i already forgot the name of
don’t forget fairgames lol
concord 5 baby
Edit: Sony seriously cannot stop taking L’s with live services
@whysoserious4274we are so back
@whysoserious4274 i mean it doesn`t seem like they talking about if it dosen`t comes out and its cancelled it won`t be concord what will it be if it a heavily promoted game that suddenly they stop promoting and silently cancel
And then we'll get Concord 4 (Huntards Gathering) and Concord 5 (Fairgamedollarsign). The future is looking bright for Concord-likes!
these deadlock clips from the mesozoic era are hilarious
Pretty cool they got Captain Price for the tutorial.
20:08 They are targeting players like Zaza with that kind of design I guess 😅
Vibe guard
2:40 Elite ball knowledge with the Halo Wars OST
It is true peak!
This make me miss halo wars
It's over Anakin, I have the Highguard
Underrated comment 💀
So can we call this one the srpg fps made by chatgpt?
23:00 Wait I hope they didn't actually named it Highguard as a mean to reference a new and improved Midgard from the north mythology.
Shadowdropping only works when it’s a pre-existing franchise that’s already popular. New franchises need to time to market and develop a reputation before release.
Not necessarily, look at Hi-Fi Rush
@Txur_Itanwas literally about to mention Hi Fi Rush
apex legends was also shadow dropped, they thought that would translate to success here but i think the market is too oversaturated atm for yet another live service pvp hero shooter lol, apex was also genuinely a very well crafted and innovative game for a genre that had yet to be realized to it's full potential
@Txur_Itan its not really a "Shadow Drop" if its stuffed in your face on Xbox Game Pass
HiFi Rush is different, but that game also looks fun if you only watch a few minutes.
Don't they know anything about Poker?
They should have played their High Card!
Don't YOU know anything about poker?
@whocares9033 If you didn't laugh when you read High Card, then there's no saving you mate.
@OverlordAvarice if you think that's an actually funny joke, you're a lost cause
@whocares9033 You sound fun at parties.
@OverlordAvarice I am, actually; but that's because I don't use lame ass puns (not that there's any other kind)
What’s the music at 19:02
Mario Paint
It's the most famous song from the game, you'll know it if you just look up mario paint music
Creative Excercise - Mario Paint
@AcroAcroAthanks guys!
5:10 did you just shoot through the wall 😂
Have you noticed how in the past you could tell a developer made a game because of minor things and now you can tell because everything is the same, from the graphics to the UI and text.
I genuinely thought I was looking at apex legends because everything is the same. It looks like a game mode.
16:56 you know, there is an interesting idea there. What if there was an information specialist hero or class that gave you, not your team, just you, access to that kind of information? Like only information specialists have access to a mini map with vision based on planted cameras or magical floating eyeballs. Who knows, could be interesting.
That's a great idea.
that sound more like scout or scanner or similar, and if your team can like remember to time correctly then it reduce the need for that specific class so much it beg the question again why do we need to make it more complicated
Like a bloodhound sonar ping mapwide
Highguard must’ve been rushed bcuz they can’t be this incompetent
If Ace Combat was the final game released, this wouldn't have happended
Love Ace Combat. 5 is still my all time favorite game
Divinity another great alternative too. Hell even 4 loop is a better alternative.
And Crimson Desert has dropped multiple videos this year alone excluding the trailer explaining what their game is and years before that
that deadlock footage reminds me how much hast changed since that footage was taken
22:48 LIKE HOW HE FANS THE HAMMER WHEN NORMAL FIRING?! NOBODY HAS EVER FIRED A REVOLVER THIS WAY AS THEIR DEFAULT IT MAKES ME SO FUCKING ANGRY
Highguard is the most “Eh” game ever.
Yeah, there's nothing else I can say (someone please get this reference)
If they make this into like a FPS league of legends with tower defense, it would work
A MOBA like shooter? I dont think ive seen that before but yeah it could be decent.
@sebagomez4647deadlock
That Bluey clip was a genuine pleasant surprise XD
Where?
@godkinghell15 20:45
Would've loved to try it, but the game requires some tpm thing I don't have 😭
It's Highguarding time!
9:30 , So.... It's the North Dakota of Hero Shooters.
The Highguard devs also need to get off of their high horse and acting like it is the best thing since sliced bread
but riding on a high horse is part of the combat
Building a road you say?
hmmm roads…sometimes they have bridges…
I have to stop them from building that…
The enemy is building a bridge
@xpscrazykiller2Stop the enemy from building a bridge!
@kazuma7232 THEY'RE BUILDING A BRIDGE!!!!
I felt like i was alex mason recieving a numbers transmission with that nintendogs theme at 18:26
I need to walk my dog. And i dont even have one
Can't wait for Concord 3
"Its over Guard, I have the High now!"
"You underestimate my Watch!"
🔥🔥🔥
You over-estimate my watch
I think Actman was locking in because he was playing with friends. Not because of the game.
Yeah, you could tell the fun was from goofing off with others as opposed to the mechanics of the game.
Hey this is actman where we explain things with food that no one has
Also FPS with Real time Strategy: Battleswarm: Field of Honor
Anyone got bets on what the next Concord will be? I'm thinking an extraction hero shooter, and I'm locking that in.
It's a toss up between Marathon (which *will* flop, but maybe not as hard as Concord and Highguard did) and that new Hunters Gathering slop from Sony, which will 100% be DOA in weeks like this game but will come out much later than Marathon will.
We have already the next 2. Marathon i the 3th and horizon is the 4th
@DarkkfatedI'm gonna be honest, I completely forgot about Hunters Gathering
@zionHail Don't blame you one bit.
If you want an FPS/RTS play Silica
Geoff is still waiting for an apology to this day xD
No he is the one that own us apologise
"another one" -Dj Khalid
Its all going Concording to plan
Geoff Keighley really said that game yes and didn't see any problems
He’s not a gamer
Just a poser
@whysoserious4274enjoy having that opinion from your parents basement while Geoff has done more for the world of gaming in the last 10 years than you ever could in 200 years. Everybody makes mistakes, this wasnt his best moment but he's not a fucking poser
@mediocregamingruns I don't know. He smells a bit like a poser lately: stale Doritos and flat Mountain Dew....
@andrewneedham3281He’s been that way for a while. I wouldn’t say he’s a poser but he’s also not a “real gamer”. He’s a casual gamer and honestly that’s fine.
@mediocregamingruns damn i didn't know geoff had fanboys
i remember someone saying that this is the kinda game you'll see character from a tv show playing in the background, it summed the game up pretty well
And now… it’s gonna get taken down. So much money all for naught
Halo wars 1 theme song in the background was a nice touch
That's some good looking horse hair
Highguard is like a lake resort built next to a puddle. They built a whole village around selling microtransactions, but somehow they forgot to fill up the rest of the lake.
Haven’t they learnt anything after seeing Concord and The Day Before?
Of course not. If the people in charge of these things learned anything, there wouldn't be so many examples.
The day before 2as a scam the only game they Could learn from is concord.
The marketing strategy was, yeah they'll consume slop.
