I love when EMDR practitioners use parts language! For me as an Ego State and IFS therapist, 'stuckness' is almost always an ego state when needs to be healed. Well done, Kambria.

This was so helpful to me as a new EMDR therapist.

I love how you stick to the important tenets but more importantly, keep it very practical and personable, and just avoiding dogma and prescriptive.

I'm curious about the interweave, "that feels really important, can we give that some attention together?" Does giving attention mean giving attention via BLS . . . or is it open to interpretation? :)

The attention is attachment-focused language. And, yes, BLS after the interweave.
