She has the "Sound Mind" bit down (mostly), but years of sitting inside hunched over a book has given her quite a bit of ground to make up on the "Sound Body" front.

Ok, this was pretty funny. Twilight was never a very athletic pony, but glad to see she's trying. But that face in the thumbnail though! Oh God, that's so funny!

*post note* Exercise is my nemesis as well Twilight, but I've just started the One Punch Man challenge (my niece started it) 8 days ago (100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 squats and a 10-kilometer run daily) and it was incredibly hard to be motivated to even finish one set. For the first five days she broke the exercises into sets of 10 each for 10 circuits and 1-kilometer on my elliptical machine per circuit. Now its 5 sets of 20 and a 2-kilometer on the elliptical per circuit. I feel wonderful and have dropped 12 pounds, though I've been told by my trainer niece not to see weight loss as the end goal, but better health itself. I will continue to increase the set size as I feel ready, but for now I have a routine set and am sticking to it with motivation from my family and friends.

Joseph is literally the worst example to follow for exercise regiments. Not just because of his routine, but also his natural motivation for training leaves... a lot to be desired.

Fun fic, even though I doubt Rainbow Dash would admit to being imperfect :P. Speaking of, no offence to Gina M, but she didn't sound like Rainbow Dash at all in this one. It was good voice acting, don't get me wrong. It's just she sounded a bit too low pitch and relaxed to sound like Rainbow Dash, who's usually more squeaky than that.
Still, an enjoyable little listen all the same!

It's a little jarring to hear Rainbow Dash having a deeper voice than Ashley ball actually gives the character but once you get over that little detail Gina and Scribbler did an amazing job as did the original author of the story whoever they may be good job original author
