This is Thom Yorke, not Radiohead. Yes, he is the lead singer of that band but his solo work is typically far more electronic than anything Radiohead has released. Furthermore, what type of music would a "traditional fan" of Radiohead like? that term makes absolutely no sense because every album Radiohead has released has been entirely different.

Looks like this song is an early version of "Stuck Together Pieces" which is a track on the Atoms For Peace album. If you listen to the song "Other Side (Stuck Together Remix)" by Atoms For Peace you can see that it's essentially a merge between these two songs.

This sounds like something that would fit well on a low-budget indy science fiction film. I don't mean that as an insult.
Jonny Greenwood did the soundtrack for There Will Be Blood and The Master. That's probably as close as we can get right now, but they are AMAZING.
