Every animal style member deserves flowers. Thankyou to the team and all members especially Mr.kado for what they’ve done for drifting worldwide. Lots of life lessons in this one, it was great💐
So much love! Ryan, you were always a wise kid, but you are now a wise man! I could've listened to another 2hrs easily. Talk about butterfly effect, you and your family have had a beautiful and positive impact on everything you touch. I remember your parents grilling up feasts for the whole event back in the ThunderDrift days, then when you went to FD, it moved from feeding the team to feeding other teams, to finally feeding the actual FD staff. Makes perfect sense that it segued into a food truck, and then a restaurant empire! Every single member of the Kado family is an amazing person. The world is a better place with all of you in it. ❤️
Worth the wait. This is so inspirational, all the hype from social media about drifting made me want to go all in on drifting and progress as a driver even if it meant being broke and neglecting responsibilities. This episode definitely gave me a wake up call to pump the brakes and have a balance in my life so i can enjoy drifting long term. Thanks for that
Man the life vs drift balance hits. I was ignoring drifting to focus on life for a bit (ends up being longer than it should've) Got my car sorted finally due to what you kept on saying Palmer that the "time is now we may not always have it around". Went all in last year and now dialing in the balance to have it as a sustainable part of my life. Drift was life, now life has to have drift.
Feel you. I got into drifting last years after idk 15 years of loving it. Nevwr had money. Now there are time issues more than money issues. Its hard to keep the balance and even drift when you start having kids and stuff. But the love for drifting is always there. Wish I could go to Japan but its just impossible now. Need to wait few years and hope I will be able to do it.
@@Pitti_xD If the loves there you'll always find a way. It's only ourselves that get in the way. I believe you will do whatever you set out to do. Stay true ✌
This is so cool, I remember looking up to you guys about a decade ago when I was living in NorCal getting into drift Everything felt so unattainable, but y'all are right here sharing lovely insight, I'm grateful!
🔥🤝 hella relatable as a father of two who loves drifting, he hit all those facts dead on im lucky if i drive 2 events a year but like he said gotta have that balance and know when you gotta make that right decision 🫡
really enjoyed watching this and if you guys are wondering, while i love the japanese part of the sport and everything, yall reached me, a 19 year old in italy, and inspired me to go for the drifting dream. Btw been sim racing since i was 4 and sim drifting since i was 9 (just realized it's been 10 years...) so i got the driving part down lmao
Yeah, the work-life-drift balance is hard. I was procrastinating starting drifting for like 13 years because I was afraid I will just sink in and go 100% that and my life will be fuked later xD. Got into loving it even earlier. I was so hyped with Musk, Animal Style and basically everything there was on the internet. But there was always life more important. And now it's kinda now or never, ain't getting younger, life is short just like you said. Now the second baby is coming I was like ok I did what I could for a year now a break. But after last track time I'm like I need to mix it. No way I'm taking long break.

Ryan really doesn’t realize he is the inspiration for so many. Him and Julian both have laid a foundation for grassroots drifting in the states.
We need a 4 hour full Animal Style pod
x2

rFactor is a throwback. I remember having it in like 2013? Was a great starting point. That and Assetto are such sick tools.
Ryan was insane on rFactor!
