If you're new to my channel, my name is Daniel Masaba. I am a retired medical doctor, the Founder and Director of Farm Up. It's a farming enterprise that did over $1,500,000 in revenue last year and is on course to beat that this year. We mainly focus on poultry farming, that's breeding day old chicks for supply to farmers, and production of table eggs on a large scale. But, how did I get here?
2016: Graduated as a doctor at 24.
2019: Started my first poultry farm with 800 chickens on borrowed land.
2021: Co-founded a breeder farm with a partner on 400 acres of land
2021: Resigned from my job as a doctor to focuss on my businesses
2022: Passed $1,000,000 in annual revenue from the poultry business
2024: Started the Farm Up Academy to help othe poultry farmers start and scale their farms.

Be your own master and don't do things too cocky you are not a beast there's no need for flash bling. . . Very encouraging to help feed and supply. The rewards are great when you work to feed and make your communities better. Maturation happens and it cannot be bought nor sold

Daniel where did you got parent stock or you formulate your own parent breed
Using goats 🐐 to clear the weeds and over spill ground covers, it improves the soil and works for some. If they knew stuff they would have passed it on. The Brand is your mark so it is 'yours' to master. It is your life source early and they will be surprised that they had a part in creating such a resource. Hireing old 🍻 drinking buddies never works out in the long term and has been the down fall of many small businesses. . . And employees will flee. . .

Keep yourself planted and be woven together in love of life and community 💘 it starts with you. Keep your conversation pure and clean. . . Pray for perfection and know the perfect blumline naturally has provided a way for us. Big fans and fine screens; you might be surprised what a feast it collects and dries from the air in the short passage of time they will collect less.
Let gravity work for you dry is lighter even in the rocks that split next to and contain the fire all around. . . Good brands can and should last for generations be aware of the foundation and have lightning rods planted to discharge and distribute charges from the passing of the sky. . . Discharges happen in high places and many cattle are lost to the rot after a strike. . . The charge needs and will find a path of less resistance to keep you and yours out of that circuit. Think long term and let gravity work for you. Be as positive an influence as you can and are a good doctor and an excellent farmer always makes things better when you can. Practice knowledge and learn in the doings. . . Bring others up with you and the rewards will be great 👍😎
