Growing up in Southern California I remember my parents driving into Los Angeles to shop at the Grand Central market. Sometimes my dad would drive thru 5th Street,which was know as “Skid Row” the only place in Southern California where the homeless went to set up their tents or live in a doorway of a closed business. There were also a very few working girls in the area, but not as obvious as now. People need to survive, any way they can.

The area where the girls are working isn't in Skid Row, they mostly appear to be on Figueroa Street South of downtown...it isn't until the end of the video that the driver wanders into Skid Row.

Let this be an impetus for the LA City officials to get off their asses and do something about it. The biggest issue is homeless people. Find a solution or have them all camp near the LA City Hall and defecate and bring all the useless junk and pile them up on the side walks the LA city governmen workers use to come and go everyday.

I lived in Los Angeles from 2011 till 2019. This brings back a lot of memories. Not to mention the street walkers.
I live in the valley since 1980. All that was at Hollywood and Vine. Western and Santa Monica/Fountain too. And alot other places
