This is a painfully honest account of possibly the only person with anorexia nervosa who was able to navigate back to health with support that isn't currently available. Caroline is going to help us make that happen. Bless your heart Caroline. Beth Zupec-Kania (Ketogenic Registered Dietitian Nutritionist)

I have no words, but have so much to say. And it is wild that what you are saying IS ALSO my words after treatments. The LIST of things ketamine has flipped for me keeps growing as the weeks pass and I realize it all the more I feel and see and breathe and sleep and heal. Thank you for opening the portal doors for me to walk through… now that I was so ready, you appeared. That’s how it goes, right? And like our kettlebell tattoos… I’ll never forget that moment in the gym when you passed me that kettlebell, and I remembered that the work we do on ourselves becomes a gift we can pass to others. ❤️ much love to you, Caroline. Tonka and I are in tears.

This is such an incredibly moving story. Thank you, Caroline, for sharing your story and wanting to help others. My son recovered from severe bipolar I illness on a ketogenic diet, so I understand it's power. I am just learning that ketamine may work via metabolic pathways as well. Very interested in exploring the combined therapy you tried for other mental disorders. Let's connect.

A demon voice told you to go to the gym? You mean, literally?
