Thanks, yes it will. You will just have to ignore all the interface and type stuff. Also instead of using ts/tsx you will have to create js/jsx files.

Why not use Supabase for storage and auth? I'm genuinely curious.

I am not a fan of supabase auth and have run into multiple bugs in the past. Also, it does not have that many features, so it's more on the basic side of things. For storage, I used Supabase storage in the last video, but the problem with that is:
a: you have to build the dropzone and the whole needed UI yourself.
b: Authorization with uploadthing is easy, and presigned urls are also quite nice.
