Both GPUs are on the list as legendary greatest of all time level. If you are still on one of these today you can't be too sad because you can still game almost anything.
Thank you for these benchmarks, one of my co-workers has a 5700 XT in his rig and I was wondering where it would roughly land at 1440p running Black Myth: Wukong. He built his computer in 2019 with a 2700X when it was on sale and 5700 XT was new. I recommended he either get a 5700X3D or wait for Intel next gen to run the game at a more acceptable frame rate.
Thanks for the benchmarks NJ Tech! Love seeing all the content and conparisons w/ the 5700xt. Crazy how it's pretty much equivalent to the 1080ti. Would love to see 1080p benchmarked too if / when possible 👍

Honestly both cards are legendary 1080 Ti is on another leauge cause of 11 GB VRAM Nvidia's biggest mistake

Black Myth is much more GPU intensive than CPU. So 2700X would be fine in title.
the 1080 ti is a legend by now
Piece of crap 😂
Nuh it's a legend shut @@patrykfejkisz6991

Thanks I'll upload 1080p benchmark aswell.
@@NJTechBenchmark Awesome, appreciate! Looking forward to it.
You people worry yourselves too much, come to Africa and see , we even enjoy playing games with gtx 980 lol. Its about the fun 🤣😂
Gtx 980 is a good card mane
Such good 2 gpus to compare/test right now imo
Nice benchmark 🙂👍❤️ 5700XT is good for new games. I think raw performance they are the same level.
not for games with shaders (alan wake) just like gty 1080ti or any of that cards
@@Mr11ESSE111 oh yes I forgot it, new games with mesh shader.... Need RTX or RX 6000 up.
@royrepie61 Thanks:)
@Mr11ESSE111 Yeah true these cards are very week if the game using shaders mesh.
@@NJTechBenchmark you are welcome 🙏 🙂
Why are these comparisons so inconsistent. The last time you compared them the 1080ti was out doing the rx 5700xt and its neck and neck
Old games and new games use different APIs, resulting in different results.
For older games the 1080ti will outperform but with new title the 1080ti is starting to struggle because of driver support
1080ти уже требуется разгон, сток сейчас уже не достаточен.
the 1080 ti is the goat
5700XT newer and better, look at the Ghost of Tsushima difference
@@OldSakuraand cheaper
btw for cs2 you're spectating someone right?
Yes
spectating performance is way different than gameplay FPS
ghost of tsuhi runs bad on pascal
Yeah
Im waiting for 1080p sir.
Its on my list. I'll upload next week.
1080 ti = 2070 super = 5700 xt
1080 ti is faster than 2070 super on paper anyway
So the 5700xt is like 5% better give or take 7%
I also have both cards and the rx5700xt is significantly better than the gtx 1080ti. I love the legendary 1080ti but these tests seem to be fake
Upload the test.
The 1080ti is better in RT thats why the fps is higher in avatar and alan wake because it uses RT natively
@@iLene655 Huh? The 1080ti doesn't support RT.
@@raynimrod it does tho, i played bf5 at high RT on my 1080ti getting 70+ fps at 1080p
@@silver1407software/simulated RT, not actual hardware ray tracing. Not the same at all.

Ну ты тоже производительность гениально высчитал (зажмотил половину+)
