Now here’s something to bring up, is this a good sequel? Here are my thoughts. Both albums are equal in quality although the biggest signs of improvements are the album cover and the closing song! Since there was no storyline for Miele to follow with major love relationships, there was no need to be a 23 minute long track unlike the OSLF album. It’s also unique how Miele came in a few songs afterwards. I LOVE the idea of the reverse twirl called by the black willow. For those than don’t know, The Black Willow's tears has the ability to revert changes back to what it once was before it had happened. In this case, it reverted the changed that happened from Caught in a twirl back in OSLF. This little adventure sequence is so cool and I am in love with the ideas! In conclusion, this gets my seal of approval of being a good sequel!
When you compare the storyline between the two albums, the first one is about the power of nature while this one is on the aesthetics of nature. Very cool concept album!

Well I guess it’s time to say our final goodbyes to Miele. I feel like the whole Elementix lore made this album more emotional. Dark Winx series aside, this album is absolutely precious as a sequel! So where should I start? The references from Our Sweet Lotus Flower are amazing! You occasionally hear bits and pieces from some of the songs off that album. A large example of a clear first album reference was “The Endless Biome” which had a bunch of song melodies combined like Lotus Flower, Linphea’s Distant Love, Leaf Skip, Ladybug Race, etc. The opening track is one of the best even though it does not top Our Sweet Lotus Flower’s opening. Then again A Shimmering Lotus takes place after Our Sweet Lotus Flower. “Reverberating Flowers” is one of your best acoustic songs BUT THE TRANSITION OMG. The introduction of Miele in “Sweet Honey Miele” really does gives you the chills. It’s one of the most dreamy and peaceful songs I’ve ever heard! “A True Ladybird” takes the giant ladybugs and makes the race seem happy. On a different note, “The Black Willow’s Tears” went from sad to very eerie as the formula of the reverse twirl. Speaking of, the tornado section of the song as the Black Willow requests Linphea a rebuild is an interesting idea. The sudden silence after the tornado disappears with just the drops hits hard. The transition to “A Rose of Power” is also interesting as it gets its name from Miele’s alternate name ”Rose” from 4Kids. Having Miele connect to this rose for the last two songs show how powerful Miele can really be. AND THE CLOSING SONG… “Lotus Flowers Forever” may be your best closing song to an album EVER. Seeing the unity and happiness of Flora and Miele makes me sob in tears and giving it the same ending as they fly toward the sun creating an image of their silhouettes is amazing! Speaking of, I am very proud of the album cover! I love the lotus flower outfit for Miele! She’s so pretty! Overall 10/10 would listen to again over and over!!
Instant 10/10 for me. I cried at the first and last songs mainly for the lore. This ending song is special. My favorites are definitely A Shimmering Lotus, Sweet Honey Miele, A True Ladybird, Water Stairway, and Lotus Flowers Forever. But every song off here is amazing. Enough said.

RF: Thankfully not 86 years in length. Good acoustic work. SHM: Very transition, very nice-- hold up, gotta steal from the commenter before me right quick... 'BUT THE TRANSITION OMG. The introduction of Miele in “Sweet Honey Miele” really does gives you the chills' there we go. ATL: Hapot ladburb race. TEB: You had to go out of order, Moogle? Anyways, nifty track.
