In Tom's first round as Kira, he got Em and Ruben's IDs at the start and chose to kill Ruben. Imagine if he killed Em instead. That would have been great.
@@Pokemaniak180 He did. I just tought it would be funny if his first time as a bad guy ended right away. "I'm Kira! Time to start kill- and I won. Cool."
@@jumpitydudeWas it his first time? He was listed as being Level 17 for the Kira role specifically even though his player level was significantly lower.
@@Rexaura888 I don't know how that screen works, but I assume it's based on the current round, since Ze and Larry are listed as Level 0 and Chilled is Level 3, despite all three playing this plenty before.
I suggest the Manga more. You can read the all the information faster and really enjoy the weeds of the story while the Voice Acting in both the Japanese and English versions really drag it out and make it feel like an eternity. The Final Episode is worth watching, but that's it
It was big a while back. A bit more cerebral than I like, so moments can feel drawn out. Essentially, it's a "reverse-whodunnit". Where you know the killer, and the entertainment is in seeing if/how he'll get caught. But in practice, that can lead to bits where you know more info than the characters and it can be agonizing to wait for them to catch up.
@@morgancrabtree6248 i think death note was popular mostly because teenagers loved the edgy power fantasy. Write somebody's name in a special notebook and they die. Very appealing for a frustrated angsty kid. But it was a decent story. And there's a cute goth girl.
I do like that they made a social deception based on the Manga/anime I never seen, and I did learn that Kira and Ryuk are NPCS in Jump Force.

He still did extremely well

Wait that L impression right at the start was insane wtf
2:26:26 “Oh, you’re L? (Whips out Death Note) Ain’t that a shame…”
I’m really enjoying this I hope it becomes reoccurring part of the channel
Death Tom: The Fawke within.
I know nothing about this game or the anime. Is Death Note good?
