Lyle wrote a small book/program on the 4 day fat loss study they talk about. It’s called Extreme Rapid Fat Loss.

Just starting this video but after bill has explained a day of eating it just sounds like such little food and I'm not surprised because of the processed foods adding up so quickly caloricly

I dond understand whats the actual use for such a case study? What does the average person trying to lose fat gain from this?
The message theyre gonna hear is not try to eat healthier foods, increase your protein and fiber, get sufficient micronutrients etc. but a message of "just keep eating junk food but less of it".
Theyre gonna go from 3600kcal of junk to 2000kcal of the same junk, slashing the little protein they are eating and contributing to just as much muscle loss as fat loss 😑

For some people it's steps At a time ! Also by learning calorie content of the food you eat it's helping direct better choice !
Bottom line a LOT of people are not going to follow a "healthy diet " so losing weight this way is better than nothing!

Inactive, obese clients plus 20 % fat probably do not need the protein of a sub 15 percent bodybuilder
