Two Door Method-
1.You lay down in a comfortable position, it doesn't matter witch just be in a comfortable position.
2. Imagine yourself in a hallway you feel safe in with plants and paintings but imagine a staircase that leads to darkness cause its to big. Imagine yourself going up the stairs and as you climb the stairs you say an affirmation. Also as you go up the stairs you see paintings with memories from this reality so you can have your best friend, your family, you school, your house, the best day of your life, the best memory you have, but then you can also have bad things like fake friends, the worst day of your life, the person you lost, your first heartbreak or anything else [I recommend you do this step for at least 2-3 minutes].
3. When you do the first step, imagine you are at this white room, nothing else, or you can have an actual room with furniture, but a mirror right in front of you. Imagine yourself in the mirror with all the bad stuff about you like your worst haircut, the outfit you hate the most but were to lazy to change, your eyebags [weebs understand] or anything like that and just say goodbye. So be like ''Goodbye CR me, Take care of yourself I will miss you very much'' and then turn to your right and you will see a door with a bright golden handle.
4.You look at the handle for at least 30 seconds then grab onto it and imagine the light from the handle just covering your body from your arm to you chest to your other arm to your stomach then legs and if you can also your head but if you cant you can try looking in the mirror and look at your head in the mirror and you just imagine your body covered in this glowing worm bright yellow light that makes you happy [stay there for a minute or so] and the imagine yourself opening the door and theres a stairway leading you darkness
5.As you walk down the stairway, you see paintings of ''memories'' that will happend inyour DR like idk your first day at schoo, our first sleepover with your friends and stuff like that and NO bad stuff. [ do this step for 2-3 minutes] and when youa re done imagine you are in front of a door. Open the door and imagine a character from your DR in frnt of you. They reach a hand out and ask ''Do you want to shift'' and I want you to think about that cause this may be your last chance to see your family so if you dont want to just dont look at them and say NO and ou will wake up and then you can say goodbye to everyone and re-try or just dont re-try at all, but if you say Yes the party continues.
6.You grab onto their hand and continue walking with them. They ask you about your day like ''Who are you gonna spend the day with'' ''What are you gonna do today'' ''Describe how you look'' ''Whats your name'' ''How old are you'' general stuff. [Do this step for 1-2 minutes].
7.When you are done, you will reach a door a beautiful wood door and the character will open it for you. In that room will be every person you will spend the rest of your life with. It may be your family, your friends, some students, strangers, professors or even pets just let anyone in. When they open the door they will all say something like ''Welcome Home'' ''We missed you'' ''Don't ever leave again' etc. You can stay and chat with them for a little while or you can script that the move aside and create a straight pathway to another door. You go to that door and just stare at it for 5 seconds, but then the character who came to pick you up will open the door for you and say ''I cant go any further with you from now on, but we will meet once again soon, I hope. See you soon [enter name/nickname]''
8. When they open the door you say goodbye and enter the room. Once you enter the room, youa rrive at your waiting room. It may be a doctors office waiting room, Your living room, or hell even Jumanji. You wait a second and think about what you want to do. If you change your mind just say your safe word and you will wake up. So for example my safe word is something stupid AKA ''Take me back to the ghetto it stinks here'' XD When you want to proceed to shift just say ''Im ready'' and your DR self will appear sitting down or lying down on the couch. Imagine yourself going to them and melting into them. Like sit on them but when you do you imagine yourself melting into thema nd becoming one. When you feel that you have succesfully shifted yourself into your DR self, just say your affirmations and you should wake up in your DR.
its a very powerfull method for shifting so you can go ahead and shift to hogwatrs or whatever and get railed by draco or smth

Today is my father's birthday, and I decided to make a little video for him using this song.
