The Kaizen Way is another life changing philosophy I found out about a few months ago, but that in a way has been part of my life all along. That’s why this EP is called Kaizen. The story at the end of this track is fictional, but it serves as an example of what can be achieved by taking seemingly small steps consistently to make a big change over time.
