Mas pansin ko na sila ngayon… Overall, this group has this kpop vibe which I like.
Jay-R should work on his social and collaborative skills.. I feel like some of the chasers should keep a collaborative mind set.. including Jay-R. They'll be practicing and debuting as a team so I think this will benefit him for sure

Jay r might appear not listening to his teammates during dance practice, but he's just one of those slow learners when it comes to dancing. The way he speak, makikita mo Yung innocence and childishness and sometimes mukhang annoying Kase ayaw Ng tao Yung ganyan. Motivate him not to put him down. I myself slow learners when it comes to dancing. I cannot be taught easily and most of the time people get annoyed because of that. Pero could you blame slow learners for not being able to satisfy those fast learners expectations? People even complain na mayabang si jayr sa gestures nya. Can't you see he's tryin to go out of his comfort zone. Makikita mo nmn na it's his coping mechanism to show a kind of confidence that people misunderstood. Of all the draam makers jay r has the most tolerance sa negative comments Ng mga mentor. Not a crying baby.

Jay r might appear not listening to his teammates during dance practice, but he's just one of those slow learners when it comes to dancing. The way he speak, makikita mo Yung innocence and childishness and sometimes mukhang annoying Kase ayaw Ng tao Yung ganyan. Motivate him not to put him down. I myself slow learners when it comes to dancing. I cannot be taught easily and most of the time people get annoyed because of that. Pero could you blame slow learners for not being able to satisfy those fast learners expectations? People even complain na mayabang si jayr sa gestures nya. Can't you see he's tryin to go out of his comfort zone. Makikita mo nmn na it's his coping mechanism to show a kind of confidence that people misunderstood. Of all the draam makers jay r has the most tolerance sa negative comments Ng mga mentor. Not a crying baby.
