Not a fan of vintage decor anything… what size cutter did you use for the bottom- 8 inch cake?

I didn’t like it at first but after seeing it more I loved it. Do you mean when I marked where I wanted the swags? I have a circle cutter set (ateco) and I just picked the one I thought fit best.
