Hello Bilal, when baking each type of product has its own baking time, thus the dough cannot be left in the oven for 1 hour. Especially with the convection oven since its baking times are usually less.

Hello Bilal, when baking each type of product has its own baking time, thus the dough cannot be left in the oven for 1 hour. Especially with the convection oven since its baking times are usually less.
Baking time in convection oven for tinned bread is 25minutes:when we give capacity per hour it means 2 batches
its use single phase electricity ?

But for gas option the oven is Single phase
