I was getting nostalgic about it in my early 90s. I felt drawn to it because of the lyrics, I'm also a creature of the night, I dance a lot and I can relate to the emotional weaknesses of the night, when the day sets in I wish I wouldn't have been so vulnerable the day before . When i go to harsh on me, I listen to this song reminding me that humans make mistakes and i should not despise me for it, self- compassion during the day and celebrating life at night- what a glorious contrast Now I'm turning it around. Im giving dance lessons instead of losing control 😊❤
