Has certainly changed my life but as a pensioner and rather strapped for cash, I am so grateful for free tuitorials and yours are wonderful. They cover everything one needs to enjoy art even more❤😊
I’m strapped for cash as I get so little . So I need to budget so tightly . But on the up side these restrictions help me to be more creativity to over come the financial obstacles within my art budget
You have become one of my favorites. You’re very sweet and your voice is pleasant. I also love how you have the ability to make people feel connected. Your artwork is beautiful. Art is so amazing for mental health. Keep inspiring. 💙🦋
I loved this video! I enjoy you processing your art “live”. I hope you consider doing more long videos. You have given me inspiration to work on my art daily. ❤❤❤
Allison, thank you soooo much for sharing these video’s your insight and wisdom have helped me so much and I really appreciate the time you put into these lovely video’s and sharing all the things you have learned so far on your artistic journey and graciously share with us. You are such an inspiration and I just love your approach and your honesty.
I always wander with my art ideas. My subconscious takes over and leads me onto things I hadn't envisaged. It's holistic. I think it's the way I'm wired.
I have been admiring that bracelet for a number of videos now! I say to myself OMG she is talented in jewelry making also! You gotta love this girl ❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing it was very informative. I found that I probably can do this and I will do it. I’ll watch you again. You have a nice way of communicating.😊
Aww - you're welcome Allison. I also ordered your amazing cards yesterday too. I can't wait to receive them. A little gift to me for Christmas from a fellow Canadian. :-) @@allisondawrant
Love your philosophies on painting an art piece. I have learned not to be stalled in my work because of imperfection. Thank you for sharing your art process.
I honestly can't believe how similarly you think to the way I think! Your thought process, your let's do this and see what happens is just taking the thoughts out if my head. I love your dynamic way of painting, I love your surprise when something unexpected happens, and I'm certainly going to adopt your way of transferring images, I hadn't thought of that before! Love your hummingbird narwhale! Thanks so much for your generosity with sharing your way of making art, I adore it!! Hugs from the UK xxxxx
I know right! Her brain and I guess yours too works just like mine. That must be why I’m especially drawn to her videos. She says how she’s all over the place but I love that bc somehow it is still focused jumping around and I don’t. Get bored. Her impulsive decision making always turns out wonderful.I hope she will start offering classes bc her teaching style is so good
This is such as fun video I like when u do lots of different things. I’m excited to take pictures of some of my drawings then transfer them over vs trying to redraw them. With pencil that I can’t see. I think I’ll enjoy this technique. I also recently started exploring 🦋. They are so beautiful to paint. Thanks again I m going back to watch the rest.
Thank you for sharing! I really love watching the whole process. And you are sharing some of your individuality which gives us ideas and encourages us to be individuals in our process and that it’s okay to be different. I really enjoy all the possibilities. You teach in a great way.
Loved this. It is so incredibly helpful to watch your process, whether it be painting an under layer or mark making and resolving a piece or different supplies and how to use them. I have just recently tried some stencils with acrylic paint on watercolour and want to try tracing so this was very inspiring. I would love to see how to incorporate stickers. Trying to figure out how to blend them in to the background effectively. Love your videos and your generosity to share so much of yourself. 💗
I just want to say you have truly inspired me to embrace my benign essential tremor in my work. I take propranolol which takes away the tremor when I need that for work or some social situations and it works great but I purposely don’t take it when I make art now! Blessings to you 🙏
Hello. This is the 1st time I've come across your channel. You have a new subscriber. I enjoy your storytelling and creative process. You make me want to really dedicate some time to my art journaling especially while dealing with some deep feelings that are difficult to write about. Thank you for deciding to post to RUclips and setting up your channel. You are an inspiration. ❤🥰
Hi Allison Those butterflies look fabulous with that background. Stunning work in your portfolio. Maybe you could draw the humming birds in a more typical situation for hummingbirds, hovering in front of a watercolour flower feeding on its nectar. You could do several on a mixed watercolour flower background I think you could make a nice piece of work. I really enjoyed this vid on a horrible wet sunday here in wales uk. Thankyou❤😊
Allison, I so admire your intuitive water color and doodle/ line work. I think that is the secret to your success. Your art poetry cards are stunning and inspirational ! When you shared your beautiful cobachon art bracelet I so want to ask you more info on the supply items if you dont mind sharing.. I make 1" square framed artwork necklaces to gift friends, family and sell on occasion and you dont have to worry about wrist dimensions/ fitting issues. They are so fun and interesting when you narrow down art snippets. I am very interested in making these cobachon bracelets I got the basics you shared but because I've never made them I just have some questions... is there any insight/tips you can give? Keep smiling and sharing...
Hi Lisa- thanks for the beautiful compliment! I'd be happy to guide you on the cabochon bracelets and what supplies I've used and I have made them into necklaces before too- which I agree with you- makes selling and fitting them so much easier! Feel free to email me anytime.
If your paper is Pilling, you need to stop and work in another area until it is fully dry or blow dry it again until it is absolutely bone dry and then you can safely go back in and work on it as though it was brand-new all over again.although tackling the brain that keeps saying to you but I want to do it now is the hardest part. You know you should walk away, but your hands and eyes won’t let you
Thanks so much. I bought some "stencil girl " stencils from our local art store here in Calgary, at Kensington Art Supply. Hope you can find some you like.
Fun, fun, fun ... Thanks for sharing 👍🙂

Wunderschön. Wie heißen denn die Farben, die bereits auf dem Papier waren? Die Rottöne, das Rose, das Gelb???❤
If I didn’t add them in my description, unfortunately they are colours I mixed or had used so long ago that I don’t recall. thanks for watching ❤️
