The hard work is paying off! Keep on the vids 🎥😎👍 What a sick car for a big trip. When you mentioned not showing off the MotoCompo in New Orleans, is that a safety thing? Asking from Australia. P.s. Negotiating on a HiJet TOMORROW, so pumped.
Yeah people out here are crazy, could even be one of the viewers watching this video all they gotta do is break into the crown and pop the trunk its crazy out here
It'd be a good daily. Beings that the USDM version was a Lexus, you could get regular service at a dealer or trusted mechanic (preferably the later). I'd hold onto it for a while, see if it grows on you.
I hear the same towards the Toyota Centry. And it has reclining back seats. Doug Demuro reviewed one on his channel. Harder to get parts for that one though. V8's mostly, but a few years with V12 engines.
@@victorvilla5524 From what i know the Century is an amazing car JDM Rolls Royce and all but finding parts for that car is VERY expensive especially the air suspension and the older models
That Crown is a sweet ride. Not my cup of tea, but very nice. Your proposed Crown mods are also not my cup of tea, but it's great that everyone gets to do whatever they like. I fixed the dome light on my 4WD Hijet yesterday and set the digital clock on the non-operational factory AM radio, and I feel like I'm pimp stylin'. Weird that there were some semi trucks in the right lane of that abandoned airstrip. At 36,000 km, that Crown basically IS a new car!
The crown is amazing i think its very undervalued, the fact that i drove a 2JZ powered Luxury sedan home with 0 issues and very comfortable for about 10k is amazing
Next we're gonna see it with glossy black wrap and heavy tint windows lol. I'm kinda surprised you didn't go for the other Crown with the navigation system.
So glad I got this car. It is the 2nd best driving vehicle I have ever owned. I would have to say it is very close to the drive I had in my Cadillac. Only one flaw on the car and it has been fixed. I'm still curious what happened to the rear quarter panel. Oh well heading out to drive Ms Daisy to the store, have a great day.
I respect you for giving basic JDM cars love....
Lol ima simple man
Yaaaas thank god my boy bought the Crown. You will love that choice on the drive back to NY and further on. Mr VIP over here. Enjoy
Most comfortable cars ive ever owned BY FAR. i still cant believe its a 1997 toyota
That crown is super cool! We're very proud to see you making that long trip. You're the road trip King!
Love me a good adventure! The further the better lol

After driving it home 27 hours, now i understand why people love Toyota & Lexus so much. The toyota crown is one of the best JDM cars money can buy!

Two words. Bragging rights.
The Crown is just as good, just less bling. Enjoy your Crown. Wear it like a King.

@@Waybeforethefame - It's safe to assume that you took the longest trip in that Crown in its 26 year history. The Toyota Crown oozes luxury.
The best car you pick bro
I really love it
