As for this home and housing market in general: 382K for a basic cookie-cutter builder-grade home in Palm Bay is an excellent example and reminder of being in a bigger housing bubble than in 2005. It will be interesting to see how this housing crash plays out as history repeats itself.
Hi, just started watching your videos. Need your pros and cons on a certain area. There is a street known as Policny Lane in a neighbourhood in Melbourne area. I recently saw a video of someone living in that area and I really liked the neighbourhood. The houses are really nice and have front and back area. Iam writing from a foreign country.

Homes in neighborhoods like this will come with a HOA fee. Granted these are much lower compared to a lot of other HOA’s out there. Another option would be to look at new construction homes on scatter lots. These would come with no HOA.
