I’d say try listening to the official song first and try to focus entirely on the one character you want to sing as (in this case Bow), but make sure to stop and take a break if your sensory issues get to too much. Then try singing it by yourself to get familiar with the part. Once you feel ready, then I’d say go for it! Of course, as I said before, don’t force yourself to keep going, and take breaks if you need to. Sensory issues and sensory overload suck, but hopefully this might help you.
