    Ingredients
    LA rib broth)
    2kg LA ribs, 5L water, 70g scallion, 300g radish,
    3 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns,
    10 pieces of kelp 5*5cm (10g), 10 whole garlic cloves
    LA Galbi Soup)
    5 cups (1 L) LA rib broth, 15 chops of short ribs,
    50g potato starch noodles, 1 scallion (10cm), 1 teaspoon clear soy sauce
    Galbi, radish seasonings)
    1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, a pinch of black pepper
    How to Make LA Short Rib Broth
    1. After cutting the LA ribs, soak them in water for at least 1 hour to remove the blood and wash them. Blanch them in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then wash them thoroughly in water.
    2. Cut the radish into 4cm thick slices and cut in half, and cut the green onion into large pieces
    3. Put the broth ingredients except radish and kelp in a cotton cloth bag.
    4. Pour water (5L) into a pot and add LA ribs, cotton cloth bags, radish, and kelp. Bring to a boil for a while, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for another 40~50 minutes. (Remove bubbles and formed during the boiling process)
    5. Remove the cotton cloth and kelp and let it cool for about a day to remove the hardened fats.
