So it would be recommended for you to wear AG boots instead of FG boots. Also, if you are playing on ASTRO turf, don't use cleats. I recommend using boots without cleats. Search up "Astro turf boots". Then you might get the idea of what I am trynna say.

Also, SG (Soft ground/muddy grass), MG (Multiground/ turf and real grass), TF (Turf/ flat carpet turf) boots are also a thing. 5:54 I would recommend wearing AG or MG cleats on astroturf instead of Turf shoes because there is a big difference in traction/performance. But FG cleats are ok just know that it can cause injury in your ankles and knees in the long term especially because you seem to go all out while playing. You also mentioned in your video that your cleats were getting torn up on the astroturf I don't think it's because you were using FG cleats on astroturf.
