@@RA-qb4gl It’s complicated and I’m still trying to figure it out, but they have around 6 or 7 different bracelet levels. We were supposed to have the “promo” with VIP bracelet but we only had the promo bracelet. It’s so confusing, we felt like we saw a 100 different wristbands. We still enjoyed ourselves with just the promo bracelets, can’t expect too for $40. Thanks for watching!

My wife and I are a member there, we try and make it out at least 1-2 a year, all the different bracelets depends on the level you bought in.

Can you explain in detail the issue with the VIP? Did you not have the right ticket?
