It is wrong to label Ken Olsen a bozo - yes he didn't understand the PC but back then the PC required you to be an electronics engineer AND have an understanding of programming. Most people would fail at that criteria today. So Ken didn't see that far but most others did not either. Certainly, Apple Corp didn't. It took a lot of years and chainges. The home or even the office computer didn't just pop out.
