Just a note that Franklin Covey has a "year" bi-folded page that I put in the back of my planner to write future appointments, etc. Then I only have to have 3 or 4 months in the binder and if an appt or "thing" comes up after those 3 or 4 months, I flip to the "year" and write it there. Then when I get that month into my datebook/planner, I look at the "year" page and transfer any appt. written there.
I love your system! I use a physical for daily and iPad for weekly lol. But I love love love your putting everything chronologically instead of sections!! Like I literally had a mind blown 🤯 moment when you showed that!! lol. I’m def going to try it! Thank you so much!
Thank you!! And I felt the same when it finally clicked to try chronological order! Such a small change I couldn’t believe I didn’t think of it earlier!
I use the monthly system for my work planner and it works so well. On my second month of doing it now. Anything that needs a more permanent home in my planner goes in my projects, notes or reference section. I archive each month and then add a new page and tab for the following year for future planning. May go this way for my personal planner too.
The videos is helpful, but really too long. I watched it at 2x speed, that helped. The idea with the longterm-todos and the waiting on list on the "middle" register is really good. I think, I will do that too. Because I use GTD with bullet journaling and never look at those pages anymore.
Thank you very much for the ideas. I am working on my personal combination, too😊. Could you explain the difference between the tasks that you note down on the outside of the monthly pages and the tasks on the "weekly compass"-insert?
I guess the tasks written on the monthly pages is more of like all month long focus on that, and in the weeks, more weekly focused (like, to do during that week)
I’m a monthly and weekly person, I am usually a vertical person but I could do this specific horizontal layout… this is similar to a dashboard layout that works best for me
I love your monthly layouts but I noticed in your Etsy shop that you don’t have personal wide size in the work bundle. Do you have any plans of releasing the work bundle in personal wide?

Yay glad I could help!
Same, this reminded me of my old nearly perfect system and now I can remember how to implement it!

Thanks for the info

I agree, I love month on two pages, especially if there is a graph or dot grid pattern

Where did you get your black color binder? It looks really nice.
It’s linked in the description!
Just about to order! However do I order the work bundle and the Franklin bundle??
They’re available in my shop!
Do you have a link to that specific bookmark or the name for it?
Yes! I found it! It is called Ring-Bound Page Finder (by Franklin Covey)

I was a vertical layout person previously as well!

If everything is filed by months, how do you find what you’re looking for?
Yes that’s right filed by month, it’s been a game changer!
How's it doing? Is this finally really working for you?
I just go full on Google calendar, tasks and keep
This works too!
