I'm going to tell you EXACTLY why Nugget isn't taking to that new pool. It isn't purple! His original pool was purple - and he snubbed the next one ( it wasn't purple). His favorite water bucket is purple. Nugget likes the color purple. Period! He's like a little girl that wants to decorate her whole bedroom in purple. Those other pools are okay but they aren't purple.

Got my Chicken Love shirt yesterday. So happy with it. I understand what you mean about service of the smaller stores. I had a friend constantly tell me to get my chicken feed from Costo. But it was worth the little bit of extra cost to go to the local feed store where they would load it for me. And it feels good to support the local stores.

This is my first time watching. I would love to live on a place like yours with all the animals. They are fantastic! OMG... you're hatching out babies. I got to do that in 5th grade. From that I got to take a rooster home. When he got older he got to go to my great-uncle's farm. It was so great having the rooster. I had ducks some years ago...they are gone now. It was a terrific experience having them follow me around and hanging out with my dog.

Stumbled on your channel 2 days ago while watching the Massachusetts 2-day blizzard outside my windows that dumped 15" of heavy, wet snow for this 68-year-young woman to shovel by hand because I've never owned a snow blower - let me say, I was binging your channel taking shoveling breaks the last 3 days. (Pssssttt!!!!! Nugget! My fave color is purple, too!!!!!!!!!!) As for the sleds on Mom's porch...never say never!!!!!! I love your relationship with each other and with all your critters. She was running around our farm like Mad Dog Molly. My chickens just laid me a teeny tiny egg too. Our first chicken egg!!! Now we have ducks and chickens laying. Awesome feeling. Cheers!
That Peaches moves pretty fast for a "thick chick"! Those frizzy chickens are so pretty! Poor Nugget and his purple bucket! He is being social with the goats and sharing a meal with them ! How are you going to empty that pool every day to clean?? The ducks are going to have a ball in their new " lake"!! Nugget is looking and saying, " I have to check this new thing out, it has water but it isn't purple!! I don't know if I can use it! I'll have to think about this tonight!" God Bless!

Stumbled on your channel 2 days ago while watching the Massachusetts 2-day blizzard outside my windows that dumped 15" of heavy, wet snow for this 68-year-young woman to shovel by hand because I've never owned a snow blower - let me say, I was binging your channel taking shoveling breaks the last 3 days. (Pssssttt!!!!! Nugget! My fave color is purple, too!!!!!!!!!!) As for the sleds on Mom's porch...never say never!!!!!! I love your relationship with each other and with all your critters. The love you share renewed my energy to keep going back out and shoveling more snow. I certainly don't know all the names yet, but I'm sure I will soon! Thank you for sharing your life with us all.
