Are Hostels same for both Btech and MSc students?
In some hostels it’s same but in some hostels it’s different. In the initial year of BTech or MSc you need to share but later you will get single room.

& How easy is it to get pmrf fellowship in these prestigious institutions like IISc & old IITs?
HTRA….since regarding PMRF IIT and IISc get preference also top IITs have reservations for PMRF
