American Moonshine is usually a high proof non aged corn whiskey. The term moonshine described illegally distilled spirits in the US when the federal government put a tax on whiskey back in the 1790s, but fell off through the 1800s, however the term returned during prohibition when all liquor was illegal. Your drink looks delicious. Adding the soda water puts it in a daisy category (which is what Anders Ericksons video was about this week)

Sounds incredibly sweet. Far too much so. I'd eliminate the banana liqueur, and add some bourbon. Also maybe a caramel liqueur or toast your own sugar and dissolve it in the bourbon. EDIT: swap out the soda water for an egg white, give it a good dry shake before shaking with the ice. Would be a sorta minion-themed pink lady.
