We woke up early to say our goodbyes to Joey as he headed back to Japan and then we treated Mighty Max’s other siblings to their first flight on Cebu Pacific Airlines. DRAMA ALERT: Cebu Pacific lost our bags. Boohoo. BUT, they delivered it promptly later that night. YAY!
After staying at Aunti Inday’s and Uncle Renee’s house for the night we set sail to Camiguin Island via the ferry at the Port of Balingoan. When we arrived, we had our own personal jeepney driver who took us around Camiguin Island to see TUASAN FALLS, Ardent HOT Springs, KATIBAWASAN FALLS, Tongatoc Cove to see Mt. Vulcan, the Sunken Cemetery, the Tres Marias, the OLD Guiob Church Ruins, the Soda Springs, and WHITE ISLAND. DRAMA ALERT: Our boat abruptly stopped in the middle of the ocean on the way to White Island. But our captain was able to fix it! YAY! Salamat kuya!
Although Miggy and I were struggling getting over our food poisoning from Vikings Luxury Buffet from a few days prior, we all still made the most of it by swimming in the BEAUTIFUL waterfalls (Tuasan & Katibawasan) and even though it was cloudy, drizzling and windy kaayo at White Island, we still made the most of our 30-minute visit there.

This vlog is dedicated to LOLA. She was born on Camiguin Island and lived there until Mt. Vulcan (Mt. Hibok-Hibok) erupted in 1953. We are really happy that Azi and Lola got to meet each other because she passed away shorty after our visit to the Philippines. May she rest in peace.
