Yep. IT’S SO SAD😢 It’s hard just listening to this. When I realized this what it was- I cried cause it was apart of who I thought I was for so many years.
Learning how to set boundaries- I used to think I was just being a good person.

Thank you for this Pastor!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾This isn’t talked about enough in the church. I’ve spent years exhibiting this behavior and never knew how to call it. It has ruined my esteem, mental, and decision making skills because I was always made decisions based on others happiness and wants. I neglected myself for 15 years and it numbed me. Thank God for this awakening and Gods wisdom you’re giving. I now am working on saying no, boundaries, and not caring what people think. I realized that people will analyze/ assess me anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️. Toxic/ trauma people would latch on to me and begin to make their problems my problems, using me to express, try to sway me with their toxic emotions, and it wore me! Thank you for your wisdom and spiritual healing!!

The quickest way to make urself unhappy is to attempt to make everyone else happy.. I felt that one... Pleasing people is like a trap, and most things that are trapped are usually destroyed....You can't please people and God at the same time.....u are hitting all the right points!
