Fun fact: If you've read all the Crossed comics and just want a little more well I managed to find this gem from another comic book artist. Search Mercury Heat Volume Two, issues 7-12 has a surprise twist. It should suffice and enjoy. Cheers 🍻
I have read a lot of them..in real or digital. I have some original (Badlands) Crossed is besides all the guts and gore beautiful poetic writing..and has a great worldbuilding..my 3 best stories (books) would be..in continues reading (so you have to read one to understand the other)...are.. -Psychopath: all issues -Badlands: Yellowbelly (what I liked a lot was basicly that it has a whole worldbuilding and charactar setup before it kicks in horror.. -Badlands: All Amanda stories ... Harold was such a great villain...as never seen before and he haunts forever and ever ...
@@iamthomasjudge I have read some ..I think..This was with a person named after William Shakespeare writing his memoires about everything going on..him becoming a leader of a seaforce navi army...it sets on one of the islands..presenting zombie armies attack a city..they have to hold a city...and 'Shaky" doubts his relationships and his loyality towards himself and his men..Tis is what I saw and know...great drawings story and i love the sea battle...look forward to read and see 'm all...luckely it is a less violent then other crossed story...although I laughed over a shot of a smiling zombie baby getting shot in the air as a projectile..some dark humor happily....otherwise it would be to gruesome for words..
@pkvanderzee6226 yep, that's the one. Main guy is nicknamed 'shaky'. :) It's not got a single scene as good as the Ennis issues, but overall is really consistent and has no misfires.
I have to say that despite Family Values being as full of questionable dialogues and actions- the ending really got me. I won't ruin it for anyone, but if you can make it past the first few comics, it is defintely worth the ending.
For you in the train situation people should learn to mind there own business lol if the cover was messed up then ok your in the wrong but why are people lurking over your book otherwise lol
It's a horror comic, but what sells it is the dark humour. Right from the start with the whole "circle of salt" arc.
That bit was great.
Honestly that panel got me I love stuff like this series but that panel did make me feel a type of way

@@ElMalito187 I will investigate!
@@ElMalito187 just read it. Good recommendation!
the only kind of horror that terrifies me, none of them do anything that we haven’t already done to each other
The idea of the crossed is the only thing that genuinely horrifies me...whitch I guess that's what it's trying to do so good job Garth?
Totally.
Absolutely loved the CROSSED series binge reas its entirety and want more
Several spinoffs like crossed 100 you can check out? And also Rover Red Charlie.
I've been curious about Crossed. Never know where to start with it.
Stick to the Ennis stuff. Definitely stick to the Ennis stuff.
Some badlands arcs are really good. Then some of them are really trash 💀. I personally loved wish you were here
I have almost all of the Volumes Wish you were here Is my favorite out of all of them tho
Wish you were here really is surprisingly good!
Your review make me see something different than just a violence in this comics. Thank you!
Can you recommend some non-Garth Ennis Crossed comics?
Thanks!
The 'wish you were here' spinoff series is very good too.

Nice - I do remember Harold. Those arcs with him were good.
Did you check out the 'Wish you were here' spinoff? I think you'd like it!

@@G00N3YC4NG agreed!
all the crossed haters should just read the fatal englishman and the thin red line and they would definitely change their minds about crossed
Totally. They're amazing stories.
Best vídeos 👏👏👏👏
