I definitely agree, i love how these guys respect their background and traditions within the frame of metal music. It works so well together, the groove is real 🤘🏼
Raj Against The Machine. . . . now many may be thinking using 'Raj' is just a joke on typical Indian names and how it goes with "Rage", given how they were parody band. . . . . But 'Raj' in Hindi means "To rule". So the name is actually much much cooler than you think!
You were spot on with the Sikh Culture. They're mostly Punjabis. They're proud of their culture and they should be. Their history is full of courage and valour. That's what is represented in this song.
Good afternoon, now that was unexpected but very entertaining. Damn you could feel passion in what they were doing, and that bass and drums were brilliant. Thanks for sharing have a great day.
Since this was posted, Bloodywood has managed to put together a 12 point tour across Europe. Most shows sold out! They were then invited to play Wacken open air! And they simply fucking killed it! They have accomplished all this even though they have no label. THIS IS FAN SUPPORT AT ITS FINEST! LET'S BRING THESE GUYS TO THE US!
I do not know if you have heard and reviewed a long lost band from Singapore called Rudra. Pure sanskrit metal with death sounds. I have not seen any band as tighter playing indian (SE Asia) folk / myth / power metal
The band put together a documentary that followed their tour out in Europe. It's a really interesting and rather bittersweet video that gives you an idea of just what kind of an uphill battle these guys have had trying to pursue their dreams. Let's just say metal isn't exactly mainstream or particularly socially acceptable music in much of India. Despite the massive population there, much of Bollywood's fanbase is in the West. I hope they do a North American tour too once things get saner, and hopefully they'll do a few Canadian stops in addition to the States so we get a chance to see them (hopefully a few of the big metal festivals at least). Indians are literally our largest immigrant community and we've got a serious metal fanbase here (Quebec's as bonkers about metal as Finland).
1. yes! get the world map! 2. nice to see how u bang to the song! was also headshaking (now get a lil bit heading xD)! song full of energy and i enjoyd how you both where enjoying it! 3. rly about the skinny dog?! :P :D "its a jooooke" nice sh1t :D 4. i can write to every comment i do - "music connecting ppl, doenst matter where u from! greeting from germany from a russian guy to the usa :)
Parikrama played in download fest, iron maiden invited them after they opened for them in india. You should check them out. They are like who started scene in india.
Yeah! Bloodywood! :) That was one hell of a tour btw, they even payed Wacken Open Air. The Gig I went to was in a small club and it felt like a great party. Most intense show I've been to in a while! :) Now I'll just wait here for my pal AGDinCA
My bad I thought you said 'Bollywood'...the look on your faces as you had a good idea!....and then the music started it has a very bollywood undercurrant..LOVE it...great to work out too
I loved the beat and the energy of the song. Since it was in MTV style, I'm sure most of the instruments weren't plugged in in the video and they synced it. Bet Joanne x would want a piece of that.
PeaceUp! 🤘🇵🇭🤘
Juan Man yeah i know. but i just wanna know their reaction sa music ng KMKZ x FRANCO. Kay Morisette nga, nakapag react sila. Eh hindi naman yun ang genre nilang dalawa. 🤷🏻♂️

They’re going to be at Aftershock this year in Sacramento, CA! I’m excited to see them.

Raja Means King & Raj means the rule.
Now that's rule against the machine. .
In India, low amount of people know about metal and rarely some listen to it.
Please don't put Emiway was rep to india ... he's like lilpump of US
Exactly bro
Ya lol
Brodha v is rep😁
BTW Turbans are not exclusively worn by the Sikh in India.
True and those guys in the video are doing the Bhangra.. Many Indians wear as in tradition and Sikhs wear it as an requirement.
They Rock!
Left dude got it right. Turbaned person is usually a Sikh. I'm impressed.
