Just a suggestion .. u always cut plastic covers till the end . Plz don’t do that ..let a piece be attached to the main plastic .. it is from re cycling point of view .. it’s difficult to recycle such small pieces.

Adding garam masala in hot oil and after frying everything is not a good option because garam masala is already roasted and grinded so it takes seconds to release flavour and cannot be kept intact for long process of cooking that's y we add it in last to maintain its aroma and flavour..love ur vlogs. ❤
