They just let her sit out the rest of the tour coz it's not fair to the other cities/countries if she suddenly makes a comeback appearance in one city, yet the ticket prices were the same with the other places they've been without her. Their management knows that fans might feel sorry for themselves and get upset, especially Joy fans who waited and bought tickets mainly to see her, knowing that in other cities they saw her, but they didn't get to.
