Reference to Singapore's Elections & Voters - Singaporeans are pragmatic, loyal to their Country First, their Race Second, their Religion Third.
    Singaporeans are multi-lingual; multicultural; multiracial; multi-ethnic; multi-lingual and multi-religious.
They have either experienced or were told by family members who experienced race and religious riots in the 50's & 60's.
Prior to its Independence, Singapore was a British Colony. Britain felt thar Singapore was too small & weak to be on its own & created Malaysia - where Malaya, British Borneo Island colonies of Sarawak and Sandakan (North Borneo) & Singapore joined together to became Independent as Malaysia.
When Singapore left Malaysia to be Independent, it kept the Parliamentary System as adapted from Britain, with a Parliamentary-approved President as Head of State. Prime Minister is Head of Government.
The leading political Party known as The People's Action Party became the majority Party & remains so till today. The Party has adjusted to the times. The Party doesn't promise, it delivers - for all. That's a major reason why Singaporeans pragmatically vote to the party that delivers on its promises.
Political corruption and graft is minimal, if at all. If corruption & graft is uncovered, the government & laws punish those who are found guilty of the crimes.
All around Singaporeans are the symbols of Singapore's Success - and they can Enjoy & Benefit from Singapore's Success.
Their Pragmatism is to Vote for What Continues to Work. They are not overwhelmingly Interested or desire changing what works for any experimental program or project.
Singaporeans are well educated - 99% literacy. Housed - 99%. Well Fed - Food is reasonably priced at Hawker Centers. High End Restaurants available for Haute Cuisine afficionados.
Singapore is a major port in the world. It is a financial, high tech, science & medical center of the world.
Citizens see this progress, feel safe, trust in their institutions and vote accordingly.

36:14 but I thought the great replacement was a conspiracy theory?

It's absurd and simple minded. "Great replacement theory" is worrisome because of its white supremacy beliefs and its bigotry. Changing racial and ethnic demographics is normal and well studied. It's not a conspiracy, it's simply shifting demographics because of aging populations and immigration. The great replacement is rooted in a misunderstanding of demographic statistics and premised upon an unscientific, racist worldview.

This so-called academic is full of BS. What is more a threat to democracy, a separately elected executive who can only sign and advocate legislation vs a parliamentary prime minister who is not only the Head of majority party of the legislature, but also has total executive power too. Talk about overreach of power.
