Aasif sheikh is the only player whom I really like in Nepalese team. He is technically sound and even today he was playing really well but unfortunately hit the good shot straight to the fielder.

Its high time to criticise Rohit Poudel. He is captain he don't even try to bat good and in press conference he always blame other batsmans.
He has 0 performance against big teams. Very poor coaching and captaincy but everyone blame Gulshan and Kushal Malla while the real losers are Bhurtel and Poudel

I absolutely agreed with daily cricket analysis from long time ago and they are always right . Absolutely agreed with the statement that 2014 Nepal squad performed far better than this current squad also note that Nepal cricket didn’t have that much facilities compare to now , what would have happened if then 2014 squad get this facilities right now . Most of the batters in the current squad doesn’t even have proper a footwalk, just stand and swing the bat is so pathetic to watch . But I have noticed some challenging things in this World Cup , difficult pitch , 0 flood light experience have also ruined the Nepal batting performance.
What we need most?
match teacher: To teach them about required rate and how can they achieve their target
Batting coach: Monty is doing zero improvement for batters. Neither he is teaching them game sense. First 7 overs they were just swinging their bat in every ball, either play defensive or just go for big shots. They are not your Mongolian or qatari bowler's, respect them and target. U could have just rotated strike.
Bhurtel: he is overconfident while batting. Swinging every ball and repeating mistakes everytime.
Jha: Sorry but he never deserved to be in team.
Malla: Good inning. Just need to play like this playing as per situation.

@@user_9_23 when students fails then one should ask questions to teacher. And I don't think I need knowledge from you. Never blamed captain for captaincy. But I will always blame coach for not being responsive towards batsman fault and ignoring all mistakes.

In last video, I said Airee is the reason Nepal lost match vs SA and many criticised me. Now see maiden wicket over handed over in the 19th over.
All batters have a set template to get out everytime and lose match that should have been easily won.

Bro you cant critisize just a single player for loosing a match. You cant say Airee is the reason why Nepal lost. We can clearly see there is no good batting effort from every single batters in the entire team which is must required by a team to chase both low and high scores! So lets Analyze the entire team and improve pressure handling and batting strategies and batting performance! in fact, you cant entirely blame to the captain as well coz we can clearly see him being under a lot of pressure, so he may have decided with pressure but the leadership and captainship is well performed by the captain.

@Harryi023 captainship and leadership well performed? Well, then it's your opinion, but for me, Rohit is not a captain material, and this is just an average level captaincy. I have not blamed only Airee for this loss. Please read my comment again. But for the previous match loss, my opinion is that 6 runs for 11 balls by a finisher is never acceptable. He built the pressure and threw his wicket casually. If he is just a bowler, bat him at lower order. If he is the best allrounder,he should at least score run a ball if he comes as middle order batsman.
@@Dev_aryn He had played great knock as well scoring better runs while coming the crease but later he faced pressure which happened with all of the Nepalease batsman, I know he is a good batsman and he should be responsible at the time of needy runs but the point is exposure and experience matters a lot which was lacking in all of the players so if we improve our batting side by just getting good homework and play as many T20I and ODI Series with full members or any strong associates out there we will definitely get a good result . Our main problem is lack of pressure handling and batting failure(which is due to lack of learning from coaches or you can say a kind of failure from coaches to deliver a good batting knowledge) . If we improve this and get exposure, with no doubt we can roar big. So Now lets hope for the best. I wanna tell you that I am not saying you are wrong but I wanna say that your way of saying is incorrect, just by changing captainship we cant improve batting if we are doing the same mistakes all through the matches again and again hope you get it. @Harryi023 I appreciate your comment and your opinions. But, my opinion is that Rohit is a far better batsman when he is not a captain. He is one of the best batsmen of Nepal, but he is a below average captain. Also, greater names come with greater responsibility, so I am criticising prime batters like Bhurtel, Rohit, and Airee. I hope coach and management review these performances and take necessary actions. If changing captaicy is needed, that should also be done. But they can't make excuse that the captain and players are learning. There should be a better approach and mindset in the team.

All due to losers mentality of coach.
Giving batsman freedom to play like the way they like not the way game is demanding. This is the most important point we are struggling in batting. Not respecting a value of single runs. And rotating strike, either hit boundaries or defend it there is no way to take other form of runs
He always says about positive side of game. I doubt he even point out their mistakes to batters.
