I guess someone's gonna come along and guilt me, saying he was killed in a car crash by a drunk driver, or got bad transfusion, or it all wasn't his fault in some way. Really, he had that unhinged look in his eye, same as Cobain and a few others. He may well be a member of the 27 club, without the fame or fortune he was rather undignifyingly begging for in this video.
@@sosorich3440 I just tried it. It tastes just as good as only oats. If you really analyze it, ok, it tastes a little different. But still good. And if I had not known cauli was mixed in, I wouldn't have noticed any difference. Make sure you microwave until it is solid. That greatly reduces the cauli's "mushiness".
EVERY morning wouldn't be a good idea. Veggies like cabbage/cauliflower/ Brussel sprouts are goitrogenic and may cause Thyroid issues if taken too frquently. Might want to do it twice a week or sth. Plz consult a dietician/nutritionist before you make it a daily meal
Oats can be cooked in a pan with 10 times their weight in liquid, and let them cool in the fridge for some hours. If you want voluminous food thats the goat.
My supermarkets don't have cauliflower rice so I made it myself. It was a lot of work but for this HUGE bowl of amazing food, it was 100% worth it. Thank you so much for the recipe
Great Video! I was unaware you can make oats swell up so much. A tip I learned recently (not original) for replacing nutella is adding PB Fit to Chocolate Whey Protein. I do 16g of each and 20g of water. Mixes up pretty close to peanut butter/nutella consistency.

Absolute banger Scott, I made mine using 50g of oats, one egg white and one packet of cauliflower rice. Turned out awesome. Flavour drops and whey somewhat masked the cauliflower, but luckily I don't mind the taste anyway. :D

I hadn't acces to cauliflower or cauliflower rice so i tried to add 2 grated apple instead and taste was excellent. I also added few grams of puding powder and cinnamon and consistency was rly nice

I’ve battled with anorexia and exercise addiction for years and found Scott’s decline and death extremely disturbing. I could see many similarities been us and was scared for him. It was part of a turning point for me in getting my health back, gaining weight and having lower volume much more nutrient dense foods. I’m not through it yet but challenge it every day and trying to get used to holding more weight and being less lean. Although these recipes are helpful for many people, they can be masking insidious EDs and restrictive habits. So I’d caution people to think about nourishing their bodies properly. Not just trying to eliminate hunger as though it’s a bad thing. It’s your body telling you something
Good volume hack!! Stroopwafel whey protein is the goat in oats. An other good tip to add huge volume is to add egg whites during the last 2 minutes in themicrowave. Makes it twice as big and a Nice cakey texture From the stroopwafel country Jeroen
Something you can do here is also turn this into a savoury kind of oats and make a dinner with it I know, I'm just some guy with no followers or subscribers so it would be a smart idea to use this myself but you're my boy so I want to see you progress along with everyone else, You can also do things like adding xanthan gum and blitzing it to give it even more volume before you start cooking it

I saw the Iron Musket add egg whites to his oats. Can only cook it for 30 second intervals at a time in the microwave. Or else you'll get oats and scrambled eggs

Sorry Scott, you are missing 2 volume ingredients lol chia seeds and ground flax with the initial dry oats makes it bigger after resting it and or putting it in the freezer. Try it and let me know😜

There's no way homeboy here must be miscounting
Hints: don't use quick oats or milled. Just rolled ones. The ones that are cut are packed much denser so they don't puff as much.
