We hope this video gave you a good understanding of 100% VA ratings and what they mean. Let us know what you'd like to hear about in an upcoming video!

CCK_Law, I ❤️ your video briefings! They are similar to the ABCs of the military briefings, accurate, brief, and clear. Thanks!

It was a little easier with SSDI. Either you're disabled or not. The ALJ granted it, with my 70% PTSD rating combined with my non service, connected depression, anxiety, and mixed mood disorder. Waiting for IBS rating. (TERA/Pact Act).

Could you guys do a short video on why Haskell Vs McDonough could be taking so long??? Over a year at CVAC now seems ridiculous.

I’m a Vietnam Vet w/stage 4 terminal prostate cancer. Im 100% for cancer&100% for metasis of bones. Im 50% ptsd&major depressive order. Shouldn’t i be 100% p&t as im going to die from the cancer?

I'm a vet at 90% as of June this year, but I was diagnosed with stomach cancer and 2022 I asked about being 100% while going through this treatment and was informed that I had to wait till after I finish my chemo treatment to get 100 % temporarily. Who do I have to contact to find out if I can get this for back pay. Or since my cancer is in remission

I have filed my BDD claim and done my C&P exams. I discovered I should have claimed at least 2-3 other conditions. I have not yet received my VA rating. Should I file a supplemental claim now or wait until I receive my initial rating?

My husband of 52 years is rated at *80% but at !00% unemployability with loss of use of 1 foot.. He now has bladder cancer and is being treated for that also. Would I be eligible for DIC if he passes?

The veteran is allowed to use the DEA Educational benefit? Or only the dependents? And would spouses be able to use it?

If your 100% your wife and your children (to age 23 I believe) so that's 100 % p&T or any rating that's considered P&T (and have TDIU, I believe) then you and them will qualify

If a Veteran has 100% TDIU should they file a SSDI claim?

What I find funny is that all you people post these videos of how to get more money/100% from the VA, but NO ONE will help do an initial claim or decision review. The system is so convoluted congressman and VSO in my area will not even to talk to me. No group or attorney will talk to me cause I'm not already rated which if I was, then they would assist me knowing they would have a guaranteed pay day.

The entire system is driven by time, money or the lack of.
Most VSOs are not properly trained and paid.
I don’t like Congress telling me when I can use an attorney. They should make suggestions, but I should make the final decision.
I can understand why attorneys will only take certain cases. It's a business and they want to be successful.
I have been a VA Benefits volunteer for 12 years, and I only take on certain cases. The biggest problem I have with veterans and spouses is their lack of communicating, by phone, text, or email. When I assist someone I am all in. Time is precious!!
