Cosmo takes a lot of damage because of his skill. His skill deals a lot of damage over a large area with multiple heroes sometimes, and the reflecting damage on said heroes does the most damage. Wicked Armor is the best talent by far on this hero ;)
Literally the only leaderboard he is ever on top of is the might standings, you dont see him number 1 arena or number 1 hbm or number one for lost battlefield etc
