Honestly I’m inspired, building back home is like a war zone sometimes with some of the artisans but the joy of it replenish. After I have finished my concrete slab, it wasnt done properly so had to get every pull done( imagine how much I wasted) land guards knocking down my wall, thieves cutting all my electric cables, thieves stealing some of my materials etc all of these if you don’t have the zeal to complete the house you’d leave it but I didn’t, I kept going and finally I’m nearly done. I’m not just doing it to just leave it for care takers, I am coming back home to live in it and enjoy the fruit of my labor. I’m just wondering, what do you do in Ghana to put up such house? 😊 you’ve built for generations to come and such is the blessing😊
It’s not easy building but after all this bad encounters and you finally see good results it puts a smile on your face. I’m just a trader nothing much i do, I’m just trying my best to get thing done in time before prices becomes outrageous that’s why i’m trying this hard. I pray we all continue to enjoy our sweat cus it’s not easy..
@evansaidoo yes bro, it’s better to build than to buy.. These real estates agents gain a whole lot of profit than you could imagine.. Building your own project saves you a lot of money plus you get according to your specifications and your budget. So always build despite the stress still you have to build than to buy.
Yes there’s car access, the road is at where the long gate is but it doesn’t penetrate after my end. It ends in-front of my gate.. this was due to the bad developments in the area during the time they were selling the lands, some built inside the road, so maybe in future the road will penetrate.
From my experience such a house he will spend about 160000$ to 200000$ for furnishings etc to finish …it always good to start His 535000ghc will be around 70000$ now in value considering the variation is the exchange over the duration of the project It’s a massive house
