    Jazak Allah khair for this upload. I wish the sheikh would have elaborated more on the q of the guy who was like "what if I don't want to take the test?" The example of the classroom didn't seem to make sense to the guy. But the sheikh was basically saying if one doesn't want to take the test, and the other students passed and got high marks, should the one who didn't want the test pass as well? No. Really the questioner didn't ponder his reasoning very well, if at all. May Allah guide him.

    @IleocecalSphincter - Salam Alaykum brother. I sorta disagree with you my brother in Islam, I think the Sheikh had a good answer for his question. It was a very beautiful answer. In this world there are two prisons, and its for each individual to choose, which means is that with satisfying the nafs (the soul) with the contentedness of this life will obviously be deviating from Islam, meaning things that the nafs likes are mostly haram, by practicing asceticism in this life is a prison.
